Worst Car Service Ever! This is the worst dealership ever. Rude and unintelligent. Came in for an oil leak before a trip and they charged me over $2500 and sent me out of the This is the worst dealership ever. Rude and unintelligent. Came in for an oil leak before a trip and they charged me over $2500 and sent me out of the car shop over a quart low on oil. They didn't even change the oil in the car. I got to the Jiffy Lube down the street and they laughed at me (and BMW Critz) because the cheapness in the lack of change and the lack of work they did to fix it, they wouldn't change my oil because it was still leaking out the rear main seal. They said if they touched it, Critz would deflect blame to them and told me to take it back immediately after I got underneath with the technician and saw for myself. I took it back and BMW told me there was no leak and it was residual oil...so they did nothing. I took it to another auto shop during my trip and they told me that I had aggressive leaks dripping down my oil pan. Again, I saw for myself for confirmation with the flashlight of the mechanic. They charged for full vehicular checks and diagnostics to clear the SES light on my X5, just to have it come on 20 miles down the road after the sensors reset. Which subsequently, they said they didn't know how to turn it off and said I should just take the car back from where I bought it. Haha what a JOKE! A company fixed it in one day for $1600 and said they found the SES code failure in 20 seconds after it spent two days in BMW Critz. So in essence, I payed $4100 for a $1600 fix. Practically, they charged me $2500 to wash and vacuum my car. This company is the worst BMW dealership my family has ever went to. We have 3 BMW's in our family, and have driven BMW's for 25 years. Don't go here, there is a Hilton Head BMW and a German Auto Shop right down the road that does service for much less and infinitely more honest. This place is untruthful and incompetent: a scam. More

Lack of experience This dealership is as sideways as they come. Left my vehicle is a condition unsafe to drive instead of diagnosing it and repairing it under warranty. We first visited two other dealerships in our area that left us discouraged with the entire purchasing process. The old saying, "saved the best for last", proved true. Marcus Godfrey and Critz Automotive, unlike the other dealerships, gave us a fair price from the start! There was none of the walking back and forth to the business manager for different prices, none of the "size us up" questions from the first handshake, and there was no deception in the explanation of price! The entire experience felt above board! We will be back to Critz for future purchases and to see Marcus. More
