They got me in a loner for the duration of my car being fixed which was a blessing seeing I have a two year old who I needed to take to daycare as well as get to my job each day. At first the process was a little grime but understanding, professionalism, and great management guided the Critz team to making my sales experience the best. They had the car leading up to the warranty expiration. How was I to report it? And during the entire time they had the car for servicing, not once did we ever receive the callback they had promised They are good at dodging your calls, too. "Slick" Rick is very good at not EVER being available. I expected more from a MB service center. Then I realized it was THIS service center that was the problem. I bought a special car - I should receive special service! No, I did not buy the car from them - perhaps that was the issue? Good luck on getting a loaner from them, too! Requested a call from a service manager multiple times,....to this day not sure if we ever truly spoke with one. And all the days they had my car, never received a loaner! Paid $ and still don't have our issue resolved. --2011 S550, 32000 miles More

Best Experience Buying a Car Ever! I honestly HATE shopping for cars. The process is long and painful, and you have to be on your toes for sheisty salesmen. I have shopped with Critz before and ended up buying somewhere else due to Critz not having what I was looking for. I was sorely disappointed in the experience and product from the other dealer. When I went back to Critz we were shown hospitality and dedication to find what we were looking for. Most dealers waste your time trying to sell you things you dont want and try to slip in extra cash for them on the deal without you noticing. Critz was straight forward and continued working with me for all of my questions and concerns even after the purchase was complete. More

The service has always been excellent and the staff courteous and pleasant to deal with. So when it was time to buy a newer model, I spoke to Fiorella and she began looking for the right car for me. I am now the proud owner of a Certified Pre Owned 2014 vehicle that is perfect for my needs. And to top off the sales experience, Fiorella went out of her way to help us figure out the new technology so that we could make the best use of many features on the newer model. We are very happy with Critz and I am delighted with my new car! More

Kyle was my first contact with the se Everyone on the staff was outstanding but I'd like to point out two individuals specifically; Tiffany and Kyle. Kyle was my first contact with the service department and he went out of his way to help me on Saturday, 3 Jan "after he was off work" (my car had broken down and I was stranded for the weekend in Savannah while heading to DC). He made sure I had a ride to a hotel, had all the contact data of the team to call on Monday and even gave me a history lesson as he drove me to my hotel...yes, he drove me there himself. I knew I was in good hands at that point. This leads to my next encounter with the service provider that would handle my repair, Tiffany. Never before have I felt as if I knew exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and, more importantly, what my options were at the time. Just awesome...and I'm a very hard person to please. I'd recommend your dealership without hesitation. More
