My 2017 Tahoe was purchased from this dealership and is dead at 57k miles due to catastrophic engine failure. GM corporate was completely worthless and both sides (GM corporate and dealership ) were playing games passing me back and forth saying “oh you need to talk to xyz about that”. Was an endless circle. In hindsight, this all makes since since there is a massive class action lawsuit building regarding GM's fuel management system and how it destroys the camshafts and lifters). Needless to say I am extremely pissed off and this has been a major blow to our family. No engine regardless of a warranty should crap out anywhere close to 60k … yes parts can be replaced but not the entire engine. Absolute joke of a product and joke of customer service. furthermore, after i digested the terrible news i asked "well what would you folks folks offer me to buy it as is?"... the guy said "probably $500-$1000!!!! I immediately panicked and went to several other dealerships to see what they'd offer (including @carmax) , and they were all in the ballpark of $21K. This just proves how shady of a dealership this is. I would never do business with them again nor get a quote for a repair or service. Malcolm is one of the worst service people I ever dealt with in my life he held my car for a week for a tire sensor and a key fob. Anytime they keep your car for longer than eight hours. They're supposed with in my life he held my car for a week for a tire sensor and a key fob. Anytime they keep your car for longer than eight hours. They're supposed to give you a loaner. He kept my car for a week and call me every other day with an excuse, but would not give me a loaner car . I paid for a warranty to cover a loaner and most repairs. Since this was the second time they had to fix my tire sensor I already knew it was covered, but Malcolm refuse to give me my car without paying him $300 for the service and also it's been over a month and I still have no key fob. Another service rider had took over for him and honored the warranty. I paid $3500 for I feel as though I should be compensated for the week. I had no car also the month that I've been without a fob. Believe me if I could give them less than one star I would. Update Willie Lagos solved all the issues we previously had with our previous service advisor he went above and beyond we appreciate having a service advisor who takes extras steps to make sure he takes care of you in a proper timely manner More

I went to Criswell Chevrolet about two weeks ago to have my oil changed and a cabin filter replaced on my 2020 Corvette Stingray. I purchased this car at Criswell Chevrolet and have had consistently o have my oil changed and a cabin filter replaced on my 2020 Corvette Stingray. I purchased this car at Criswell Chevrolet and have had consistently outstanding support from their staff. My on my most recent visit, I was promptly scheduled by my excellent Service Advisor, Dina B., and upon arriving was courteously greeted by her and provided an estimated time for my car to be returned. The car was returned to me right on time (if not a little bit early) with all services performed as requested. While I was waiting for my car, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and sit comfortably in the well appointed waiting room with full Internet connectivity. Conveniently, while I waited, I was also able to chat for a few minutes with my Corvette salesperson and nationally recognized Corvette expert and leading salesman, Mike Furman - which is always a pleasure. It is difficult for me to overstate how comforting it is to have a staff which clearly seems dedicated to supporting their customers as well as possible at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend the Criswell team to anyone interested in purchasing a car or truck. I fully expect my next vehicle to be purchased there even though I travel to Gaithersburg, Maryland from Northern Virginia. More
