Days before buying the new car I went back and forth between wanting to buy a new car, and not wanting a new car payment. Ken was very helpful in listening to my concerns and helping me with my decision. I did not feel pressured at all to make the upgrade and if I had walked away, I don't think Ken would have treated me any differently. He was professional and really took the time to listen to my concerns, and even fed me lunch while I was there! The entire process was painless, and I got a great deal on a brand new vehicle. In financing, Jesse took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many!). He explained everything to me in a way where I was easily able to take the information home and share it with my husband. I appreciate his patience! Overall I had a great experience at Criswell. Buying a car is a long process, but it was nice to have everything done in one day, and to feel like my money went to a dealership that is honest. More

He was very helpful, polite and professional from the start. He showed us the car, explained its main features and the characteristics he liked about it. Ken shared with us that he also owns a Malibu of the same generation and that he was very satisfied with is ride and quality. He arranged for us to test drive the Malibu and rode with us during the drive around the town of Thurmont; which helped to find immediate answers to all our questions. Jesse Torreyson in the financial department was also very helpful. He offered us good advice and made us feel assured that we were getting a good deal.
