No nonsense car buying experience After visiting 5 other local dealerships, two of them twice, we were thrilled when we came to Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont. They showed us vehicles After visiting 5 other local dealerships, two of them twice, we were thrilled when we came to Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont. They showed us vehicles in our price range and didn't try to sell us or waste our time showing us vehicles that were not a good fit for us. We found our new vehicle quickly, Mike discussed the history of the vehicle with us and, once we decided on it, Jesse walked us through multiple financing options to find the right one for us. I couldn't be happier with our purchase and with the dealership we finally purchased from. After walking out of other dealerships because they were wasting our time going back and forth with their manager, getting all of our finace information before we even found a vehicle that met our needs and just being unprofessional, it was wonderful to find Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont, Mike and Jesse! Thank you so much for your dedication to professionalism and for being an ethical, enjoyable business to work with. I highly recommend them and am thankful we found them! More

Great service - happy customer! The day I went in to Criswell of Thurmont, I was not 100% sure I was going to buy a new car. My trade in needed some repairs, but certainly still had The day I went in to Criswell of Thurmont, I was not 100% sure I was going to buy a new car. My trade in needed some repairs, but certainly still had life in it and was reliable! Days before buying the new car I went back and forth between wanting to buy a new car, and not wanting a new car payment. Ken was very helpful in listening to my concerns and helping me with my decision. I did not feel pressured at all to make the upgrade and if I had walked away, I don't think Ken would have treated me any differently. He was professional and really took the time to listen to my concerns, and even fed me lunch while I was there! The entire process was painless, and I got a great deal on a brand new vehicle. In financing, Jesse took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many!). He explained everything to me in a way where I was easily able to take the information home and share it with my husband. I appreciate his patience! Overall I had a great experience at Criswell. Buying a car is a long process, but it was nice to have everything done in one day, and to feel like my money went to a dealership that is honest. More

When we mentioned that we were going to Thurmont, he said to let him know if we needed any help. At Thurmont, Jeff greeted us with a warm welcome as the entrance and the whole experience was very smooth. They showed interest in us, made sure they knew what we wanted and gave us time to decide. We worked directly with Doug, the manager, and he gave us an exceptional service. After signing, Jeff made sure to give us a good understanding of how the OnStar service works. More
