I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, was able to trade in my own car same-day AND they took extra time and worked with me to find a rate that was affordable. They've been super responsive and helpful with any questions that I've had and I am looking forward to purchasing other cars from this location in the future! Jacks Tahoe I had a Tahoe selected and on "Hold" in a dealership which was very helpful, yet I was not excited with my selection. It was suggested that I visit Criswell Auto in Thurmont; not too far from north of Frederick. As I arrived, I was hesitant but was informed that Criswell had a nice selection of Tahoe's on the lot. Mike Boyce greeted us, showed us a number of vehicles and offered for us to test drive one which met my needs. We found exactly the vehicle I wanted, with the must-have luxury appointments I had to have thanks to Mike. Mike Boyce is very knowledgeable, a great listener, made me feel comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. I am glad I visited Criswell, I had reached the point prior to visiting that I would simply wait a few months as I was not pleased with the Tahoe I had selected elsewhere.
