Constantly changing agreed prices, vehicles no longer available, just very poor business practices. All was different with Thurmont Criswell. I worked with Ken Lamb who was honest and straight forward through the entire process. Ken worked with me to find the right vehicle, was honest and straight with me on which discounts were available and applicable (and Thurmont was the only dealership that did so, everyone else would quote a price and then later inform me of price increases because of discounts that weren't applicable to me. Not so with Thurmont Criswell. Ken worked all of that at the beginning so I knew total price at the beginning not at the end of the process as the others did.). Overall really a great experience. From the onset treated honestly and courteously. I can recommend Thurmont Criswell and Ken Lamb without hesitation. Great customer service, great dealership! More
