A Plesant buying experience We bought a 2015 Trax elsewhere about a year and half ago. We had some ongoing issues with it so we entered the GM buyback program. At first we starte We bought a 2015 Trax elsewhere about a year and half ago. We had some ongoing issues with it so we entered the GM buyback program. At first we started looking at Malibu's about 6 months ago. That's where Criswell Thurmont comes into play. We found some vehicles we were looking for on their lot. We went into the dealership and Dave helped us through the process in getting a Malibu. Due to circumstances beyond our control we didn't get a Malibu through the program. We decided to wait On a 2017 Chevy Trax. Over a 4 month period throughout this tiring process, Dave and Doug helped us throughout every step of the way with countless follow ups to myself and various people within GM to make sure the process was as painless as possible. On December 3, 2016 I was finally able to get my new vehicle. From the start Dave was friendly, professional and diligent in his constant follow ups. Never once did I feel I was being pushed towards anything.
