A Plesant buying experience We bought a 2015 Trax elsewhere about a year and half ago. We had some ongoing issues with it so we entered the GM buyback program. At first we starte We bought a 2015 Trax elsewhere about a year and half ago. We had some ongoing issues with it so we entered the GM buyback program. At first we started looking at Malibu's about 6 months ago. That's where Criswell Thurmont comes into play. We found some vehicles we were looking for on their lot. We went into the dealership and Dave helped us through the process in getting a Malibu. Due to circumstances beyond our control we didn't get a Malibu through the program. We decided to wait On a 2017 Chevy Trax. Over a 4 month period throughout this tiring process, Dave and Doug helped us throughout every step of the way with countless follow ups to myself and various people within GM to make sure the process was as painless as possible. On December 3, 2016 I was finally able to get my new vehicle. From the start Dave was friendly, professional and diligent in his constant follow ups. Never once did I feel I was being pushed towards anything. I would definitely recommend Criswell Thurmont to other family, friends and colleagues and specially tell them to see Dave to get top notch service on their next vehicle purchase. More

I walked in without calli After researching for a new duramax, I found the cheapest LTZ custom sport edition online at Criswell Chevrolet of Thurmont. I walked in without calling ahead and was greeted by Dave Dollarhide. I explained what I was looking for, we immediately went out and found the exact truck I'd seen online. He grabbed the keys, we went for a no pressure test drive, and answered all my questions. The paperwork was painless and the following day I traded my old Ford in and drove away in a brand new truck. Overall was pleased with the experience. More

I left the dealership to run errands and think about whether to proceed with the purchase. I talked with my wife and called the bank to find out financing options. everything lined up and I decided to pull the trigger. I returned that evening and had the paperwork signed and drove off with the truck an hour later. UNBELIEVEABLY QUICK PROCESS! Simplest car buying experience I've ever had.
