I was quickly given a trade-in appraisal on my current car which was much higher than I'd been quoted elsewhere. They had no trouble with the light on my odometer being out and trusted my estimated mileage. His manager was slightly pushy about trying to make a deal that day but not so much that it detracted from my experience. After sleeping on the deal and double checking all the numbers I arranged to return Monday morning at opening to make my purchase. Mike kindly came in early to get the paperwork started before I arrived. While this was my first car buying experience I can't think of many ways future purchases could go better. More

I wasn't able to get to the dealership until an hour before closing time this weekend, but the service we received was very friendly and helpful. We traded in my old truck for the new, closed the sale, and drove the new one home that night. I even left some CDs in my disc changer which Clay is sending back to me. A big help since I live about an hour away. Thanks for everything Clay! Would also like to say Jesse in the Financing Dept was very friendly and helpful also. Upon our arrival the vehicle was parked out front and the salesman came to greet us and talked to us about the vehicle. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle. We then completed the purchase. The atmosphere was very professional but laid back and inviting. The entire experience was incredible and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Sales Manager was Terrible We worked with Dave Dollarhide. He was providing excellent service to us as a shopper. He showed us the specific car we initially called about and had it ready to go when we arrived. Dave was very personable and willing to help with any questions we had. When it came to numbers Dave's sales manager, Robert Harley was pushing for us to commit to the vehicle that night. When I explained we always sleep on a deal, he started giving us the typical sales pitch garbage. I had enough and told him he was lowballing our trade and I wasn't satisfied with the numbers. Robert then reworked the numbers and I was fairly satisfied (I didn't let him know that) but we needed the night to sleep on it. Robert became cocky, nasty and rather indignant saying that this is what he does for a living and it's not a game and some other derogatory comments. He acted as though we had never bought a car before (this is number 12 new and 46 total.) I was angry with his attitude when we left. When my wife and I got back to our car she was beyond angry. She said she didn't care if they had the last new car on the face of the planet, she would not buy from them. All because of Robert Harley's attitude. 2 days later we bought the same model from a different dealer that met the pricing this dealership gave us and 2 1/2 times the trade value. More
