I was probably the worst customer as in changing my mind, but Mike was patient and I didn't once feel pressured to buy. I did tell him when I left the first time, if I do buy one it will be from him, ( I live in Lancaster Pa) so I had a lot of dealers that I could of went to but I came back to him to Mike at Criswell. I will definitely refer and recommend anyone buying a vehicle to check with Mike. More
Top Service & Support To be fair, I went to high school with Mike so I knew the kind of person he was before stopping in (genuine, honest, fair, polite). I was not surprised to find out he hadn't changed at all since high school. I had a pretty bad day looking for a specific truck at other dealers. I drove to Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Baltimore, etc looking for specific vehicles. After posting about how horrible my day was on Facebook, Mike sent me a message simply asking if he could help. No pressure, no sales tactics. I explained what I was looking for and found out they actually had something similar to what I was looking for. Stopped in, took the truck for a quick test drive after catching up, and knew that was the truck. Mike made the process simple. I explained where I needed to be, and Mike made it happen - but he also explained the process, where they were, and what they could do. Simple. No games, no wasting time. I buy vehicles often and knew what to expect from sales people - none of which I got from Mike. We went to lunch (at Mountain Gate, best place to eat ever) and came back to a freshly detailed truck, ready to go (after signing paperwork). If you are in the market for a vehicle - 100% would talk to Mike. Hands down, best experience buying a vehicle to date. More

Poor Customer Service & Satisfaction In the past we have done three deals with Criswell within the last thee years. We attempted to do a deal on a new 2018 Ram Longhorn Mega cab. We brought in our 2017 Toyota Tundra for a quote on trading it in. They looked at our vehicle but wasn't told an amount by Jeff Lang (the new car sales manager). We left empty handed and confused about that whole thing. We ended up getting one from a dealer in Georgia a few days later. We got a really weird vibe from Lang, like he was trying to be really shady and dishonest. We decided, since we do like most of the sales team and Jesse in finance we would purchase a 2018 Traverse a week later. We tried to trade in a vehicle we purchased from them a year ago, only to receive a lowball trade offer (1/2 of what we purchased it for.) To do the deal we wanted them to come up at least another $1000, but they (the used car manager/appraiser and Jeff Lang) wouldn't budge or work with us at all. We purchase several vehicles all the time from various dealerships, we couldn't believe they were willing to throw away a relationship with us when we were not being unreasonable about the deal. We were loyal to Criswell and excited to have the "old team of sales guys that new how to treat customers. Things were much better and different when Robert Hartley was the manager. Lang caused Criswell not only a sale today but a life long customer and future referrals. More
