I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I wanted was there and spoke with Kwame. He assured me it was and set up a time for me to come in and test drive a similar vehicle since the one I was interes was there and spoke with Kwame. He assured me it was and set up a time for me to come in and test drive a similar vehicle since the one I was interested in was on the floor. When we got there, he greeted us smiling and got us set up right away for the test drive. He explained the features of the Blazer, but didn't pressure us at all. I had plans to test drive two other vehicles (different manufacturers)...but negotiations went so smoothly, and we came to a great agreement and I decided to go with the Blazer! I really cannot be happier, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had with buying a vehicle. Big thank you to Kwame, Jeff in finance and the Criswell Chevy team.
