My experience with Criswell Chevrolet is great! I went to the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. Kwame had help from a new salesman, Ryan, while he finished with another customer. Ryan answered my questions or found answers if he wasn't sure! He got me started with the buying process. Mike, the sales manager, came and talked to me and found out what I needed to see to make this happen! He was pleasant, to the point, and listened to me carefully. Jeff, the good guy in finance, didn't give me the reason I was looking for to say no. He worked with me on payments, extended warranties, and interest rates to make it right and I couldn't say no! He did a great job!! Kwame, has been in constant contact with me since I left the dealership. He has helped arrange the service appointment to have after market things applied, he has answered all my questions as they come. And the best thing, he always greeted me with a smile!! I contacted the dealership on 6 documented times on 7/31/2020, 8/24/2020, 9/4/2020, 9/8/2020, 10/5/2020, and 10/7/2020 to get my title and registration issue sorted. The dealership only sent the title information to my state Michigan on 8/10/2020. They failed to fill out the form correctly with the incorrect vehicle year, incorrect taxable value and taxes paid. So now three months from purchase my 2nd temporary tag is set to expire so I can't drive my 55k car. I have no title and therefore cannot provide proof of the lien to my financial institution. Their solution was to have me come into the Michigan Secretary of State to sort out their mess after charging me $469 for title and registration costs on top of a $500 doc fee that only costs $16 for title and $8 for plate transfer from the State of Michigan. This does not even cover the nightmare trying to purchase this vehicle where they made very difficult to simply hold the vehicle until I arrived in Maryland after already offering payment to hold it and demonstrating a clear to close from my bank. This has been an absolute terrible experience in every step of this purchase as an out of state buyer. I'm likely going to have to have an attorney sort this out so I can actually have a proof of ownership and drive my car. More

Mike Boyce (sales manager) honestly did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and working to make sure that my experience with Criswell was an overall positive one. Mike and staff spent extra time to be sure that my needs were met and I would say that Criswell should be happy to have these guys on board. Talk about dedication! Mike did call me the next day as promised and we arranged to meet for a test drive. Mike was a joy to work with. He is very professional, courteous and personable. He answered every question, delivered on every promise, and worked hard to address every concern immediately. No pressure, no games, just a straight shooter all the way. I drove away with a great used vehicle at a fair as-advertised price and thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience thanks to Mike and this best in class dealership. More

I found the 1500, RWD on the chevy website at Criswell. I found the truck on the lot and did a quick walkaround. When I came in the door, the manager directed me to Kwame. The price for the 1500 had been discounted and we took advantage of the incentives. The second day, I brought my wife in to give her opinion of the truck after a test drive. She purposely rode in the back seat and was very comfortable. With her thumbs up, we proceeded to close the deal. Kwame went so far as to take off the box from my F-150 and have it installed on the new truck while we were doing the paperwork. Because finance was booked up and to expedite us to finish the sale, he arranged for us to go across the street to Criswell Dodge and the Finance Manager (Rick Baker) took care of us. I highly recommend Kwame and would come back to him for our future needs. More
