My husband and I searched high and low for the exact suburban we wanted - Criswell ended up having it in stock on the lot! Kwame took incredible care of us from the initial discussions, taking pictures and sending them to us (we live 2 hrs away), keeping in contact, having the suburban ready for us when we pulled in, accommodating our schedules and timelines, right to the very end!
