Well I came into today on the 10th to see about purchasing a truck I wanted to purchase one up front outright and I went through the lot several times since 10:30 this morning no one decided to wal purchasing a truck I wanted to purchase one up front outright and I went through the lot several times since 10:30 this morning no one decided to walk out and offer their assistance so I decided to call the dealer and a gentleman by the name of Kwame Odum answer the phone he asked me who do I have the pleasure of speaking with I told him mark which is my middle name I asked him if he'd give me some prices on two trucks that was outside in the lot and I was actually going to ask him about four since no one decided to come out and talk I gave him two product numbers and he asked me what's the phone number I can call you back from and I said can you just give me the prices while we're on the phone he said I can call you back I said no just pull them up in your inventory while we are on the phone and see what they'll list for and he put me on hold and come back and say well this is the number I said I don't want you to call me back I'm sitting here and I don't want you to call me back and talk to you next you know he hangs up what kind of establishment is this you lost a cell of at least a 60 to $80,000 vehicle this must be a place that has too many vehicles and makes too much money to be even worried about losing a cell I go inside and I ask for a sales manager one sales guy is sitting at the desk playing on his phone and the sales manager was in a office/room with 2 others guys eating and laughing so he comes out introduced himself and I explained to him what just happened and he was like dumbfounded oh I can talk to him he said I asked him would you like to hear the phone conversation it's recorded on my phone he said I'll take care of it thank you didn't even offer to try to do anything else I told him you lost a sale of a truck today all for dealership I wouldn't go near it then about 20 minutes later he called me upset and asking why I out a review on him too smh duh you was standing there like a deer in headlights and didn't even try to offer a resolution so he argued with me for the next 15-20 minutes on the phone while I'm driving down the road and I kept explaining to him you didn't even try so he said well what can I do to help I said you can get me a price on his truck and I left it at that he was supposed to email me but never did More

Last year we bought a 2020 Silverado at a Chevy dealership in our city, but just didn’t feel satisfied with our purchase. We felt like we were paying too much for the truck and that the sales team was just too pushy. I’ve known Mike for about 15 yrs and we called him AFTER buying our truck to ask a few questions. We IMMEDIATELY regretted not going to him in the first place. Fast forward a year later- it was time for me to get a new car. After looking around locally, we came to Mike. Not only was Mike super knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on his lot, but his knowledge and skill on the financial side of car buying was what “sold” my husband. Mike put my husband into a truck with more power and bells and whistles for nearly the SAME monthly payment. My husband wasn’t even planning on buying a new truck either! Who can resist that? Criswell was the 5th or 6th car lot we had been to looking for a vehicle for me. Next time we won’t waste our precious time looking around locally. Instead, we’ll make the drive to Criswell because the inventory, and friendly sales service has made all the difference. More
