Warranty work: Regarding my new-to-me red 2017 Corvette Grand Sport, Dina did an incredible job dealing with my extended Tire and Wheel Warranty Company! She kept me in the loop during the lengthy process. Dina was always polite and professional throughout. I was glad she was my Service Professional on this one and will definitely be back based on my amazing experience with her! She knew exactly what to do when dealing with this extended Warranty Company, requested pictures/videos, and their Claims Adjuster. I was truly blessed to have her on this fully-covered, expensive replacement. If something like this ever occurs in the future with my C7GS, I pray that she will act in the same capacity for me - she was that good! Please continue to keep up the stellar work Dina! I had the privilege of working with Russ Carter to build and order a RAM 3500 dually. Since the initial discussion on what I was looking for Russ helped collaborate and shared some thoughts on what made the and order a RAM 3500 dually. Russ kept me informed as the build process proceeded and helped me complete the transaction once it arrived. Since then I had an issue with one of its batteries which Russ immediately hooked me up with the right services folks to address right away.
