I have bought 5 vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months a througout the years. Never had an issues with getting service or warranty work done. I ordered and purchased my 2023 C8 corvette from them 9 months ago. Then brought my Vette in since clear layer was peeling off of head light. Clearly it was a manufacture defect, which is why I had no issue with them taking pictures of defect area. They two ours later received a text stating that Chevy declined to fix with no reason. However, Dina in Service made some magic happen. Her service managers looked at my issue and said they wil take care of it. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to purchase my vehicles from Criswell Chevrolet.
