Wow. . Shout out to Lucas Krause!! He was my Service Advisor for my 2021 Chevy Malibu. I’m so glad I didn’t prolong my time, too long, in bringing my car . Shout out to Lucas Krause!! He was my Service Advisor for my 2021 Chevy Malibu. I’m so glad I didn’t prolong my time, too long, in bringing my car into the dealership when the engine light came on. I pulled into the service lane and immediately Mr Krause came to assist me with my concern. He was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my car. He, in fact, went to great detail about explaining the problem (internal pcv valve system), and how it’s supposed to flow. How he explained the situation put me at such ease, and also because I brought the car in, in an early stage, he saved me thousands, because if I had waited, I could have been paying for maybe a new engine! What also help put me at ease, was how he kept me informed and updated on my car. And I love my Chevy! Again… Thanks again to Mr. Lucas Krause.
