Beth worked on the car and it was ready the later the next afternoon. One note. The Lyft driver on the return was very different from previous visits and not a comfortable ride at all (all previous lyft/uber have been very good). He was not a very good driver and kept trying taking to take a round about route. As I live right off of Quince Orchard and it's a straight shot of under 3 miles I found his insistence that the GPS was rerouting due to "heavy traffic" and the a longer route is much better odd and his attitude off-putting. Perhaps it is because my work commute is to Virginia but 10 cars at a couple red lights is not heavy traffic. More

As a BMW owner, he took the time to walk us through the features, show us how everything worked, and make sure we were comfortable with the car. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. We never felt like we were just another sale. He really worked with us from beginning to end, and we appreciate everything he did to help make this happen. Definitely a five-star experience.
