The experience was fantastic. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Kae was very helpful and patient as I looked at and test drove various vehicles before I decided. This was over a period of a week and there was never any pressure. Closing the deal was just as easy and Mrs. Dawn was even able to get me a better rate then my own bank. Score 1 for the dealership. They both took great care of us, spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions and feel we got a great deal and even better service. From my first "just looking" visit, to the the day I picked up my new Acura, Mustafa Nasr was extremely helpful. He answered our questions, provided information and followed up as needed without being aggresive which I sincerely appreciated. The price he quoted was within the range I was expecting from my online research which resulted in a very smooth buying process. Since the style/color RDX that I wanted was not on Criswell's lot but at a dealer in Baltimore, they had it delivered to Annapolis for me to see - I bought it the same day. Mr. Nasr took lots of time with us showing us how to use and enjoy all of the car's many features and encouraged us to stop by for additional help as needed - adding to our confidence that we bought the right car at the right dealership. Everyone we met or talked to by phone made us fee welcomed and appreciated. I sincerely hope that our experiences at Criswell continue to be positive. More

My experience at Criswell Acura was a great one. I was able to get the vehicle (Acura MDX) I wanted for great price and a fair price on my trade-in. There was no haggling or going back and forth like most able to get the vehicle (Acura MDX) I wanted for great price and a fair price on my trade-in. There was no haggling or going back and forth like most dealerships, where they have you waiting around wasting your time. Alan and Vance were great. I felt like they actually cared and were not just trying make a sale. They even shared a home cooked lunch with me, since I was there during lunch time. Dawn was able to get me a fantastic APR, my own bank couldn't even beat it. Thanks again guys, we love our new car! More

My wife and I had driven just about every model SUV/Crossover on the market. Al was by far the best salesman we have run across and was the most understanding. Because of the limited supply of the SUV/Crossover on the market. Al was by far the best salesman we have run across and was the most understanding. Because of the limited supply of the cars that we decided on, Al was able to search for what we wanted and after 3 days he found the Acura MDX we were looking for. After our test drive he took the extra time to explain the new AcuraLink's advanced system of next generation connectivity several times until we understood at least the basics and felt that we could use it correctly. The finance department also had all the paper work ready and made it a breeze to complete the sale. More

I visited Criswell Acura on two occasions. First to test drive either a MDX or the RDX. After arriving there on September 2 and driving the RDX I knew I wanted to purchase the car. My plan was to do so in drive either a MDX or the RDX. After arriving there on September 2 and driving the RDX I knew I wanted to purchase the car. My plan was to do so in December 2013. However, I returned on September 7 to take a second look at a white RDX, my preferred color, instead of the burgundy vehicle that I had test driven. My credit union had given me authorization to purchase the RDX. To my surprise, I brought the RDX with the dealer assisted financing. The basic reason for this was that the sales process was very smooth and professional. They met the percentage rate the credit union offered and most of all, I did not feel any pressure to buy and everyone that I encountered was extremely pleasant. My sales consultant was Mustafa Nasr. He explained the value and specifics of the purchase process and in less than two hours, I had purchased the RDX that I wanted. My only disappointment was that after reading the owner's manual, I found that the vehicle requires premium fuel. I thought that I was told that the 2014 Acura RDX had changed and was offering either flex fuel or could operate with regular gas. Well I am not happy with paying the extra gas cost, but I do enjoy my vehicle and hope that it will give me driving pleasure for years. Thank you Mustafa Nasr of Criswell Acura of Annapolis. My experience with Criswell Acura was superb! My fiancee and I spoke with Al over the phone a few days before we drove up to the dealership. We went in to look at a car we browsed through online and they ha and I spoke with Al over the phone a few days before we drove up to the dealership. We went in to look at a car we browsed through online and they had everything ready for us to look at and sign. We had our 18 month old son with us who is of course very active but the sales people were very kind to him. They offered him a pen and paper because he wanted to write and even let him have the little police car that sat on the desk. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Al and all other employees. I am also pleased with the car I purchased from them. This is day two of me driving it and I am absolutely in love with it! Thanks again guys for EVERYTHING! More
