Stefano Rinaldi was our sales consultant. Stefano is very professional and knowledgable about Acura cars and very good at explaining the various cars and their features. Stefano worked patiently with both my wife and me, together and independently, as we both have hectic work schedules and could not visit the dealership at the same time. He took us both for independent test drives and reviewed the Certified Acura TSX with each of us. Stefano was a pleasure to work with. When I went home to retrieve our "trade-in" car to bring to the dealership, it would not start, and Stefano went way beyond the call of duty to assist and he accompanied me to our home to jump start the car. Alan Hannan , the sales manager, was also professional, friendly and helpful in dealing with our trade in. The final negotiation on the price with Alan was fair and direct, without any awkwardness that most car buyers dread. Overall , the car buying experience at Criswell Acura was easy and professional. This is a delayed review in reference to an Acura I purchased at Criswell in June of 2013. I feel somewhat sheepish that I procrastinated for so long as the transaction was as smooth and reassuring as purchased at Criswell in June of 2013. I feel somewhat sheepish that I procrastinated for so long as the transaction was as smooth and reassuring as any I've ever had. In particular, I'd like to highlight the service and hospitality of sales associate Stefano Rinaldi. From the time I was greeted by Mr. Rinaldi, I felt like I was dealing with my own personal car-buying advocate. While there was a somewhat lengthy exchange with the bank as to what terms I would be approved for, Stefano checked in with me several times; Not only to explain in detail what was happening, but to offer me a variety of options in acquiring the car I wanted at a comfortable monthly payment, as well as making sure we didn't need a drink (small, but thoughtful details that make any customer in any business feel taken care of). When I wasn't able to secure the exact financing I had originally laid out. Mr. Rinaldi was able to seamlessly provide no less than 3 other vehicles of similar model and trim levels that would be certain to come within my budget. While I declined and decided to ante up for the car I really wanted, feeling that there were plenty of options still on the table was most reassuring during a process that can sometimes be an emotional rollercoaster. This would not have been possible without Stefano's confident knowledge of the product at his disposal. His knowledge of the product, along with his awareness of how to treat people in a major-purchase situation, exhibited a perfect blend of the personal and the professional. Thanks Stefano! More

This is the first time we have have had the pleasure to work with Stefano Rinaldi and Mustafa Nasr but I must say I would not hesatate to highly recomend them to anyone going to your dealership. Stefano was very knowledgable about the MDX we purchased and extrememly helpful in navigating the seamingly never ending features of the MDX.
