My 8 year old daughter even commented "that was fast!" - way important :) I had originally gone out with the intention to downsize to a 5 passenger truck. After I took the MDX for a test ride I was on the fence. Once Stefano went through all the features and explained more about the truck I definitely was reconsidering. The MDX was definitely smaller than what I was driving, but it still gave me the third row option, which I wasn't sure I should give up just yet! Stefano Rinaldi, the sales representative who helped me decide upon a car and payment plan, spent 25 minutes with me in my car, one that he already had sold, to show me how to use the controls and features. The time spent with him provided no commission, where he just wanted to make sure that I drove away without having to read pages upon pages in the user manual. A pleasant buying experience I had purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot in July 2013 from Vance and Alan. They gave me a great deal and made the experience very pleasant. Vance & Alan were more than helpful in finding me a replacement car within a few days....it was the same year and model as the car that I had lost....just a different color. I was more than pleased with the speed and efficiency with which we were able to conclude this transaction. I will always consider Criswell for my automotive needs! More

The great customer service began before I even walked into the dealership. A co-worker referred me to Criswell Acura after he knew I was considering buying a car from a competitor. Lamont Randall was in touch with me with a better offer, and I agreed to purchase the car from him. He was responsive by setting up a convenient time for me to come to the dealership to purchase the car, and in order to expedite the process, was proactive and allowed me to process some of the paperwork beforehand. I was welcomed by many friendly people, many who were not at all involved with my purchase. Both Lamont and Frank Concepcion gave me a thorough overview of the features and made sure I was comfortable with my specific car. Mustafa Nasr made the payment, financing terms, and options very clear, and moved the process along quickly. Lamont, Frank and Mustafa were a true pleasure to do business with, and were so very personable. Everyone contributed to making the experience throughly enjoyable.
