I just picked up my brand new 2014 RDX and wanted to write a second review for those of you who are considering a new Acura. Stefano Rinaldi, the sales representative who helped me decide upon a car and payment plan, spent 25 minutes with me in my car, one that he already had sold, to show me how to use the controls and features. The time spent with him provided no commission, where he just wanted to make sure that I drove away without having to read pages upon pages in the user manual. I am so thankful for his time, which has made my transition in using the technology package so easy. Thanks Stefano so much! More

A pleasant buying experience I had purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot in July 2013 from Vance and Alan. They gave me a great deal and made the experience very pleasant. Vance & Alan were more than helpful in finding me a replacement car within a few days....it was the same year and model as the car that I had lost....just a different color. The great customer service began before I even walked into the dealership. A co-worker referred me to Criswell Acura after he knew I was considering buying a car from a competitor. Lamont Randall was i into the dealership. A co-worker referred me to Criswell Acura after he knew I was considering buying a car from a competitor. Lamont Randall was in touch with me with a better offer, and I agreed to purchase the car from him. He was responsive by setting up a convenient time for me to come to the dealership to purchase the car, and in order to expedite the process, was proactive and allowed me to process some of the paperwork beforehand. I was welcomed by many friendly people, many who were not at all involved with my purchase. Both Lamont and Frank Concepcion gave me a thorough overview of the features and made sure I was comfortable with my specific car. Mustafa Nasr made the payment, financing terms, and options very clear, and moved the process along quickly. Lamont, Frank and Mustafa were a true pleasure to do business with, and were so very personable. Everyone contributed to making the experience throughly enjoyable. I was in the market for a tsx tech package for about 3 months trying to get the best price possible reach out through e mails to all the Md dealers including Virginia,Deleaware,Pennsylvania. My son had bought a car from Criswell Acura he was very happy with his price and service for his new vehicle so he contacted his salesman that he had dealt with for me Stefano Rinaldi. Stefano told my son to have me come in and see him when I was ready to buy that he would beat any deal .I was skeptical having problems with other dealerships in the past once you get there and get ready to close the deal everything changes but to my surprize not only did he beat my best price quote from other dealers he did it without even knowing my other quotes which was a better price then I ever expected to get. The whole experiance took about a hour and half. The whole sales team was excellent from Stefano to the sales manager Lamont to the finance department. If you are in the market for a Acura I highly recommend Criswell Acura of Annapolis the best car shopping experience I have ever had in 32 years .A huge thank you to the Criswell team.A special thank you to Stefano Rinaldi for making our experiece relaxing and pleasant.
