I have been dealing with the Criswell Acura Service team on a regular basis since I purchased my 2006 TL. Three years over 200 thousand miles later and countless service visits (routine), I believe I have on a regular basis since I purchased my 2006 TL. It is my opinion that they the epitome of what great customer service is about, friendly, courteous, and the most important honest. Acura makes a great reliable car but it is the people at this dealership that keep me coming back. More
Both George and John were excellent in their responsiveness and service. They helped us out in a pinch and serviced our car w/out an appointment so we could keep our schedule. Criswell provides excellent service. I first dealt with Mark in 2003 when I bought my first Acura. Criswell Acura regularly performs service on my Acura (well, as regularly as an Acura needs service, which is not often). They always do a great job identifying and fixing any mechanical problems. I have used Criswell Acura for my vehicle service since purchasing it in 2003. I honestly haven't experienced a time when I was dissatisfied with the service. Even when the main building was destroyed by f purchasing it in 2003. I honestly haven't experienced a time when I was dissatisfied with the service. Even when the main building was destroyed by fire, the employees were always pleasant and made accommodations for me. The building is meticulously clean and everyone is helpful. Chris has always been my service representative. He is professional and always appropriate. He is an excellent representation of the Acura brand. I expect to pay more for a luxury brand and likewise, I expect the employees of a luxury brand to be better and give more. On today, I called Chris while driving from Washington, DC to Annapolis, MD and left a message that something was wrong with my car. Chris returned my call immediately and said bring it in. I did and it was my transmission. Even sharing this news, Chris was professional and knew how to connect with me to provide the information. Even more, knowing my history of using Criswell Acura, Chris knew that I would say fix it, yet he still strategized and found a way to help me save money!!! Now in this economy this is the type of business I like. And this is why I return and will continue to return to Criswell Acura. Stefano was a great person to deal with.He kept on top of things and was very acomidating to my work schedule. At the initial meeting I did not have much time and he explained lots of information to me in a things and was very acomidating to my work schedule. He explained everything about my new vehicle in and out.When it was time to see your finance person I was amazed at the speed in which he handled his job. I don't think I was in there for more than 15 minuets. Both of these employees are a great asset to your company. At the time I bought my new 2006 RL, the salesman recommended Chris Thomas as the service specialist. I first thought, this is only salesmanship, anyone will do. Well, I have dealt with Chris Thoma recommended Chris Thomas as the service specialist. I first thought, this is only salesmanship, anyone will do. Well, I have dealt with Chris Thomas for all except one of my service calls. It is not that the other spaecialist was rude or unprofessional, but with Chris, the service experience has been more like a relationship. He knows me and his treatment makes me feel special to Acura. I feel like I am part of the family. I don't know if the salesman is still around but I sure am glad he recommended Chris. More
I was happy with the speed at which I was taken for service, and the time it took for the service to be done. I am unhappy that I am required to write 250 characters...it should be enough that I hav service, and the time it took for the service to be done.
