He listened to exactly what I wanted, tried to locate the exact vehicle in stock and when unsuccessful, we ordered it from the factory. Tim was straight, professional, honest and to the point. I was most impressed with his truthfulness as he told me things I didn't want to hear and didn't try to sell, sell, sell like some other salesmen I've had the displeasure to interact with in the past. He was very personable and knew everything about the product he was selling. All my questions were answered on the spot, they were answered correctly and most of all, honestly.
