This is an update to my experience with this dealership. I will file a claim with Better Business Bureau this has been the worst part of this deal. I’m very disappointed with Crew. I got my truck in 2023 as it relates to paperwork it’s been a mess. I’m so annoyed I have to make another purchase for something I was told I had. Now I have to spend $3,500 more dollars. I will never shop here again or recommend any here. More

I've had many issues with this company from the start, even when I bought my vehicle. I figured I'd give them yet another chance. I ONLY wanted a simple oil change, alignment, and rear wiper blade. From start to finish, the experience was a mess! I made my appointment online. Several people called me to confirm my appointment. Each person had a different appointment time down for me. Day of appointment, I pulled into the service lane, plenty of people standing around, but no one greeted me. I walked into the express service/advisor area, and the only service advisor was already working with someone, so I waited. As I was waiting, another person showed up for their appointment. The Advisor, Jon, greeted him and told him he'd be right with him. He then asked my name, said ok great, I've got you checked in and told me to sit in the waiting area, without even looking at the computer or confirming anything. He didn't confirm my services, so I started asking, and he said he got them. (Nice to be blown off, ok!) Now, sitting in the waiting area, I received a text with a link to follow my vehicles status. Then, another text from my advisor Jon that read, "Hi Jennifer, if you need anything throughout your service visit, please reply to this text. -Jon, your service advisor with Crews Chevrolet.". An hour into waiting, the status of my vehicle hadn't changed, and it still said waiting. So, I texted my advisor as prompted. Well, the link apparently never gets used by them, and the advisor never responded. I waited 3 hours for my service! There was NO multi point inspection, no document of my tire tread depth or a measurement of my brakes. They didn't even wash my vehicle! I had no communication from my advisor. I'm rather irritated. I chose to take another chance with this place, chose to pay their dealership prices, and they couldn't even deliver on a quality experience! Don't be like me and give them another chance, take your business elsewhere!!! More
Absolutely the worst dealership in the Charleston and surround area. They not only got motor oil and grease all over the dash, steering wheel, infotainment screen, seats, headliner, and center console. T surround area. They also broke the button on the roof to open the sunroof.....really?? Been dealing with it over 1 year now with numerous email traffic going back and forth of broken promises about them ordering the part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership at all. More

Right from our first meeting, when I initially gave him the specifications for my Corvette, he made my wife and I feel like a part of the Crews Chevrolet Family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the process, not only was available by both phone and email, he also quickly returned my calls and/or replied to my email queries. I was very excited to get this car, so I felt like I bothered him a lot, but if I did, he never let me know it through word or deed. I want to be clear that I really did not have to bother him as much as I did as he kept me informed every step of the way. He always gave me up to date information that was anywhere from one to three days ahead of the emails from GM. I could go on, but I will share the two items of information most people looking for a new Corvette really want to know as they read reviews: “How long did it take and how much did you pay?” Mr. Eller told me that it would take four to six months to get the car (if memory serves he had six or seven people in the queue ahead of me) when I placed my order on April 21, 2023. I took delivery of my 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray HTC in Red Mist Metallic Tint-coat on August 5, 2023, making the total elapsed time from initial deposit and order to delivery approximately 3.5 months. As many of you reading this review know, the market for new Corvettes is outrageous. Well, at Crews Chevrolet they are not “price gouging!” I was sold sold my Corvette at MSRP as promised by my “Friends in the car business!” You want a Corvette fast and at MSRP…Find new roads at Crews Chevrolet! Stop dreaming and start driving! More

On Mother's Day Sunday 2023 My (New/Used) Chevy Equinox brake system failed. I live out of town so I was getting stressed out. I called several repair places and all had a 5 to 10 days waiting list for rep brake system failed. I live out of town so I was getting stressed out. Vehicle was repaired within 24 hours and at the location I was treated with the utmost respect. I had Extended Warranty and they handled the process quick and fast. As a Military Veteran, I truly recommend Crews Chevrolet for service needs and repairs. #TrustCrewsChevrolet More
