Our CT5-V started smoking on the road. when we had it towed to the dealer and called in advance, I did not hear a status for 7 days. after repeated calls, the service center said they did when we had it towed to the dealer and called in advance, I did not hear a status for 7 days. after repeated calls, the service center said they did not know when the parts would be delivered nor did they offer a loaner. Even after expressing my discontent, the dealer did not provide adequate service. It was incredibly disappointing. More

STAY AWAY! Service department was absolutely terrible. Not accommodating at all. Kept the car for a month before it was even diagnosed. No loaner cars, had to p Service department was absolutely terrible. Not accommodating at all. Kept the car for a month before it was even diagnosed. No loaner cars, had to pay out of pocket for a rental (2 months) and then not reimbursed the entire amount like I was told. Also had to wait over a month to be reimbursed, which I was told the dealership can issue a check upon presenting a copy of the rental invoice. Multiple other issues that we had to take it back and forth in for. Told the steering gear was "bad", was supposedly changed out, brought car home same noise, return to dealer was told it must be a defective part that was installed. Dealership orders new steering gear, take car back in to change part, drive vehicle home, same noise from same area. In 3 times for the same problem. I would not recommend this dealership or any Cadillac vehicle EVER. 45k miles : Transmission goes out, have Cadillac care, however somehow the tow was not covered and had to pay out of pocket. Towed to Crestview, car sat for 1 month before it was ever diagnosed, then another month to wait for parts and install. Dash lights lit up for sensor issues, Multiple recalls, that somehow do not get completed when the vehicle is in for service and have to bring back, Drivers door handle stops functioning, bring it in for repair, sits ALL day and never gets completed until I call and say we are picking up the car, wife has to wait for over an hour while they complete the repair which it was there all day for! Vehicle was in and out of service or of no use to us for at least 3 months this past year while making payments... Crestview could not even offer a free oil change or car wash for that matter! Seek other dealerships if you are looking at a Cadillac vehicle. I would highly recommend other manufacturers as this was our first and last Cadillac vehicle! More
