I had an 7:30am appointment to get my car fixed and had to take the day off work. I dropped my car off in the morning, they said it should be done in 2.5 hours including getting an oil change and tire rota to take the day off work. I called them 5 hours later and the oil change was done but the technician to repair my car didn't show up for work. They offered to do it another day but I didn't want to use another vacation day. They eventually fixed it, but oil change and tire rotation was more expensive then quoted over phone. More
The service was great for an oil change and tire rotation. However we keep getting notices for a software update that was already performed. I don’t know if this a dealer problem or a GM issue. I brought my car in for two problems - the rear windshield wiper and a tire sensor message. I left the car overnight.I was charged around $178 ( I don’t remember the exact amount) the next day afte windshield wiper and a tire sensor message. I left the car overnight.I was charged around $178 ( I don’t remember the exact amount) the next day after driving less than 4 miles the error message came back. I returned and waited and was told it was another cost of over $150 ( again I don’t remember the cost) I was told the tire sensor need to be relearned the first time and then again the second time. I believe it was never checked the first time and the service agent was arrogant and dismissive. And he kept calling me “dear” which is extremely inappropriate! I’m not comfortable returning to your service department! More
