Had a Steering Assist Reduced warning pop up on the display. When shut off the cooling fans ran at high speed and the temperature gauge didn’t register reading. Ran up to Crestview, with no appointment, to see if there were codes set and if I should drive or not. Ron and Brian wrote it up, said they would have a tech look at it. They gave me the option of waiting or giving me a ride home while they diagnosed. I waited and Brian returned to the waiting room 15 minutes later to tell me it was a bad thermostat and it would be fixed and ready to go in an hour. They did a great job getting me in and out, without an appointment, in record time. Thanks Crestview Service Department. More
