I waited for 2 hours before I went to see the advisor. He missed notification by the tech that car was ready much earlier. Then he gave me the price for repair. I told him I wasn’t getting the repair done but I still got charged for troubleshooting. Then I waited another 20 minutes for my car. The tech didn’t put my key in the right place. No more service at this dealership and, if I ever decide to buy another Cadillac, it will be from Serra in Troy. More
The Service department is difficult to contact. They often do not answer the phone and the dealer rep recommends calling back every 10 minutes rather than having them call you back. When the rep agreed to have them call me back, the Service Department failed to do so. The wait time for oil changes is multiple hours. They also up-sell you on service that you don't need. I had a suspension issue serviced and the problem remained. When I brought it in a second time, they failed to inform me that they would need to keep the vehicle over-night. I needed the vehicle that evening so they had to reassemble the vehicle and ask me to return the next day. They did call to inform me that the part was not available the following day, so I didn't waste my time. But I had adjusted my schedule to no avail. I will no longer give my patronage to this dealership, despite being the closest Cadillac dealership to my house. More
