The biggest problem we had, however, was with the Sales Manager. After several attempts to reach our Sales Representative, I contacted the Sales Manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. I didn't feel that he was taking my complaint seriously so I told him that I could go to another dealership and his exact words were "that's your prerogative". I was so frustrated that I just ended the call. My husband had been in "Sales" for over 30 years and would never have said that to a customer. If the Sales Manager was having a bad day, he could have contacted us the next day and apologized with some explanation but obviously, he didn't care. That is no way to treat customers. Ultimately, our Sales Representative returned our calls and we completed the lease transaction. More

Bad buying experience I had the worst experience at this dealership. They don't treat you with respect and tries to use all kinds of tricks to confuse you. First, they told that if I use GEX number (GM executive discount), the price will go up instead of going down. They insisted that I pay a down payment instead. I paid $2,000 and asked them to hold the car for 2 days. When I called another dealership next day, they were able to apply the GEX for about $4,000 discount. When I called back Crestview, they said "oh, now we can do that too". I was so frustrated that I asked my money back. They said it cannot be returned unless I come to dealership by 6pm in rush hour traffic from 30 miles away. I repeatedly asked to return over the phone and they declined. I instead went to other dealership and bought the car. When I called next day, Crestview returned my money without any fuss. This experience falls way short of what I would expect from Cadillac –especially compared to my experience with Lexus. More

Beyond Expectations... Excellence in Customer Satisfaction I took my vehicle in for service. A couple things I had concerns about on my vehicle and the Crestview team in service greeted me with smiles and mad I took my vehicle in for service.
