Everything was done quickly and efficiently and other issues were found that also needed to be addressed. I am going to be getting two new tires because there is a bulge in one of them. Not sure if I actually need to, but I trust their judgment and I guess that will happen the other issue that hat that we did was adding additives to my tank for better performance More

Had to wait a month to get my car fixed. For 2 and half weeks they told me they had on repair man to fix engine of my car. Took my car in January 2 and got back February 2. Thinking maybe they should increase what they are paying there help to get more mechanics. All the help was very pleasant. Ron did a great job with answering all my questions. This was the second time I took the car in for the same thing. They had my car before several days to fix my A/C that wasn’t working. The car only has 10,000 miles on it. I ordered this car and it took several months to come in very disappointed. I am 80 year old lady who likes driving a Cadillac and have always driven a GM car.Hope my car is fixed right now or otherwise guess I will be driving in to Crestview with LEMONS hanging from my car. And drive around Rochester and metro Detroit with LEMONS on car. Guess this would make a great news stories for TV. More
