If it were possible for me to give a zero star rating, I would do so. My car was held too long (3weeks) to fix at the service center and Body Shop. After I pick up the car, I found out there were scratches, marks and stains inside the interior of the trunk. What I received from Cresrview Cadillac service and Bodyshop centers were inadequate and unsatisfactory service. More
