My recent service had a variety of maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. My service writer was outstanding and my car was ready in about 2 hours. Ron Farmer is wonderful. thorough, competent, superb customer service. Last year he solved my engine light problem. Got me in on a Friday at 3:30 and waited for me until 6:05 thorough, competent, superb customer service. Last year he solved my engine light problem. Got me in on a Friday at 3:30 and waited for me until 6:05. There was an accident on Rochester Rd. that evening which delayed me. He greeted with his warm smile, took his time explaining what was done and never made me feel uncomfortable about the delay unlike the persons who greeted me at the front door. Magnificent customer service!! More
