On Monday, I brought my vehicle in for an instrument panel issue. After waiting over 90 minutes with no communication, I was informed only upon inquiry that the part required replacement and would arriv panel issue. We scheduled service for Wednesday morning with a loaner provided. On Tuesday, I called to confirm readiness and was surprised to learn the vehicle had not been serviced, despite the part being available. Ron assured me work would begin Wednesday morning and the car would be ready by 3 p.m., though I had to specifically request a follow-up call. When I retrieved the vehicle late Wednesday, I discovered greasy handprints across the inside of the windshield, creating a visibility hazard. This experience reflected poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unsatisfactory care of my vehicle. More

So first, the good: sales experience was very solid; they absolutely met the pricing with discounts shown on the website on the vehicle I wanted; they were accommodating regarding timing for coming in to tes absolutely met the pricing with discounts shown on the website on the vehicle I wanted; they were accommodating regarding timing for coming in to test drive the vehicle; the detailer Antoine was helpful and also engaging; they didn't pressure-sell extra warranties; and they worked with me for delivery timing on a Saturday. A few minor drawbacks ... I was frustrated with their valuation of my trade; they separated vehicle knowledge between salespeople (who didn't know very much technically) and a "product specialist" who had more limited availability; and a few minor vehicle quality items that maybe should have been caught before I took delivery. Overall, I recommend them because they kept their word, were very professional, and didn't add "typical" pressure selling tactics. More
