Purchased car 2 months ago and still didn’t get my plates. Vincent told me he will mail the plates and I gave him two three weeks time to do that since I had temporary ones. Two weeks later I call again and he is like I mailed them but mail returned (LIE) and I will bring them to you today after work since I live in the area . I don’t have to say that he never came or called or apologized. When I called today and complained about him being shady my complaint was dismissed. Another thing is the car is certified and they didn’t even change the oil. They sold the car to me at 15700 miles and oil change due was at that mileage. The worst experience with buying a car ever. Had a Steering Assist Reduced warning pop up on the display. When shut off the cooling fans ran at high speed and the temperature gauge didn’t register reading. Ran up to Crestview, with no appointment, to see if there were codes set and if I should drive or not. Ron and Brian wrote it up, said they would have a tech look at it. They gave me the option of waiting or giving me a ride home while they diagnosed. I waited and Brian returned to the waiting room 15 minutes later to tell me it was a bad thermostat and it would be fixed and ready to go in an hour. They did a great job getting me in and out, without an appointment, in record time. Thanks Crestview Service Department. More

Not once did I get a call, even after calling multiple times in one day. I don’t think just asking if I needed to get a rental car was too much. Instead of getting an answer, I was without a vehicle for 2 days. Finally I just decided to rent one. Communication is the key to customer service and I received none. More
