I sent Crestmont a letter asking to remove my name from their mailing list. After that the owner called me to ask what was the problem. He said that their service is better so prices a little higher. 100% higher is a little! More

After the service department saw she does not understand anything about cars they signed her to other repairs for an amount of around $2000.00 Calling to service depa department saw she does not understand anything about cars they signed her to other repairs for an amount of around $2000.00 Calling to service department and asking for reapirs explanation did not end up with clear answer but just "she signed in and I can charge the amount".
