Mr. Hall, I'm sorry that you feel that we provided false advertising concerning the pre-owned Chevy that you and your daughter bought from us. You did come in on three separate occasions to look at the car you ultimately decided to purchase. I did look through the deal and did not see where you asked for additional items to be repaired so I assume you knew about these issues since you looked over it three separate times. In regards to your financing concerns I looked into the paperwork again and did see that you did sign everything so I am not sure how we lied to you. I only test drove the vehicle once in the evening during my first visit time. I did not use the sun visor because the sun was down. The second two times I came in was for financing purposes. The lady told us that the way we cosigned would not make a difference in how my credit was affected and this was false information. A full inspection was said to be completed on the vehicle but I am being told I have to pay for repairs that were not done in the first place. (93 dollars for the sun visor because the entire piece has to be replaced and told I had to pay for the install as well). Also, the brakes were said to be fixed but they are making high pitched and grinding sounds.I have bought used cars before and have never had an experience like this.
