I bought a used 2008 Nissan Altima from this dealership six (6) weeks ago and it has been taken in for repairs three (3) times since. 1. First, I picked up the car in the afternoon, went to work and th six (6) weeks ago and it has been taken in for repairs three (3) times since. 1. First, I picked up the car in the afternoon, went to work and that night I got pulled over for a defective headlight. After I showed the purchase paperwork to the officer, he let me go. Volvo of Dallas replaced the headlight with no question. 2. Second, we discovered antifreeze all over the garage floor and, after filling the radiator, took it to the nearest Nissian dealer. They found the radiator fan inop, and after checking with the after market warranty I purchased through Volvo of Dallas, replaced the radiator fan. 3. Third, again antifreeze was discovered on the garage floor and I took the car back to the Nissan dealer. They found a crack in the radiator but this time the after market warranty did not cover the radiator so I had to pay for this out of pocket. I went to Volvo of Dallas to voice my concerns and was politely told that since I did not bring the car back to them and could not prove I had not caused the cracked radiator, there was nothing they could do. I found this somewhat insulting More

I purchased a Used Volvo from this Dealership 8/09 for a Daughter. The A/C compressor went out and I am happy to say the 'Team' at this dealership worked together to help repair this with the amount of mone Daughter. As a Woman of Faith, I can't say enough, I felt completely Blessed! This car will soon be traveling to Texas Tech where this Daughter has rec'd a Soccer Scholarship and I know her travels will be guided!
