Just bought my 3rd Volvo and Volvo of Dallas is the BEST! Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. He worked out a great deal on my trade in and new car purchase. Jeremy Hernandez is the business manager and John Kindhart is the service manager. These men together produced an incredible feat. They processed the purchase through in a matter of hours seamlessly with such excellence of attention to every detail. I drove away the most happy customer with a great recommendation for anyone who needs a car, new or used. Volvo of Dallas is the best dealer anywhere. More

Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO. More
Never Again! Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for $1400+. Upon discussion with both the service writer and the mechanic we determined that the fuel pump was working so well the engine was receiving too much gas. Now, according to them, a fuel pump is not a real pump, but we have never had a pump fail that worked too well. We pushed to have a fuel sensor replaced only, even though they warned us the car could essentially blow up if we didn't do the pump and amazingly enough the sensor was the problem. We then got the privilege to pay for their expertise and triple amount of time, over $500. When we arrived at the dealer to pick up our car the service writer would not even talk to us. Thanks Andrew for a job not well done! More

I have not had a positive experience here EVER!!! I think there is some "profiling" that takes place here amongst the staff with certain patrons like myself. To me this place is one of the most unprofession there is some "profiling" that takes place here amongst the staff with certain patrons like myself. To me this place is one of the most unprofessional, unorganized and rudely pathetic luxury dealers I've ever encountered. Once my current issue is taken care of, I will not be returning and will have all of my Volvo needs met at another dealership. If you are reading this review, I strongly encourage you do the same. This dealership is flat out pathetic. They screwed up the service work on my car. When I called, they were very slow to respond or correct. I contacted the GM, Pedro, and he did not even take the time the service work on my car. When I called, they were very slow to respond or correct. I contacted the GM, Pedro, and he did not even take the time to return phone calls. In my business, if I screw up with a customer, I apologize and I return their phone calls. Stay away from this dealership. Stay away from Volvo! More
Wife took 2008 S40 to Volvo of Dallas to have tires replaced and they recommended Good Year tires. They installed 4 new Good Year tires and did a total 4 wheel alignment and we were satisfied with the replaced and they recommended Good Year tires. They installed 4 new Good Year tires and did a total 4 wheel alignment and we were satisfied with the results until a year later. Was looking at the tires the other day and noticed hardly any tread left on both sides of the front tires. Took the car to Volvo of Dallas and dropped it off. Called back checking on warranty details and price and we are being told that there is no warranty on those tires and they also do not carry that tire anymore. I have never bought any tires that do not have a warranty especially a Good Year Tire and the total alignment that was done also should warranty the tires. They did not say anything was wrong with the car causing this problem and most likely they have checked this out so they could correct the problem if need be. They want to charge us $381.00 for two new tires. Obviously, they have stopped installing this type of tire because they do not last very long and we believe that they should at least be somewhat responsibe for part of the replacement cost and they are not willing to share the expense. We are going to pick up the car and have the tires replaced elsewhere and we are contacting Good Year about this situation. Very bad experience dealing with Volvo over the phone. We have used this dealership for many years and even when it was located in Plano. (Update), Just got the car back from NTB and they installed two new front tires and front and rear end alignment for around $300.00. They said the back tires were fine while Volvo was saying they needed to be replaced also (we didn't bother getting a price for rear tires from Volvo). I am wondering if Volvo of Dallas did the front end alignment correctly when they installed the entire set in the beginning? Volvo of Dallas has just lost a customer for life! More
Everything is great until you get your car back from service, and you find service done incorrectly, or done with the wrong parts. Every time I have taken my car here for repair I have had to take it ba service, and you find service done incorrectly, or done with the wrong parts. Every time I have taken my car here for repair I have had to take it back in because the wrong part has been used, or the item that needed fixed wasn't, and they replaced something else that didn't need replacing. My car has squeaks, and sticky doors do to service at Volvo of Dallas. I fear for the service that is done on parts that I can't see. Maybe it was done, maybe it wasn't no one knows because Volvo of Dallas has no quality control. More
