The loaner vehicle program works flawlessly when a loaner is dropped off at my location and my vehicle is taken back to the dealership for service. This process is automated, handled primarily online and is a gamechanger when my availability is limited. When I have dropped my vehicle off in person I am always greeted smile and the entire service department is friendly. The new facility is top-notch! More
