So when I arrived to pick up my car, ev at Crest Volvo. Jordan Farmer is knowledgeable, thorough and provided elevated customer service. Thank u! So when I arrived to pick up my car, even though Jordan wasn't at the counter at the time, another service rep started the checkout process so I didn't have to wait. It was just a few minutes before Jordan arrived, but it all made a difference.! Everything was taken Care of for my 20k service and addl service at very reasonable price. More
