I'd like to share my recent experience with one of your salespeople, Eli R. Earlier this year (spring/summer) I let Eli know that I was in the market for a Toyota 4Runner. He and I discussed pricing, milea salespeople, Eli R. Earlier this year (spring/summer) I let Eli know that I was in the market for a Toyota 4Runner. He and I discussed pricing, mileage, etc. He said he would keep his eyes out if anything came across your lot. About a month ago, I heard from Eli letting me know there was a red 4Runner in great condition for sale. I couldn't believe he remembered our conversation and followed up with me months later. I immediately looked at the vehicle online and discussed my trade-in. Over several days, Eli and I continued our conversation. The entire time he was professional and went above and beyond. Now, please know I am an extreme sceptic of all things sales...so I asked him a TON of questions. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was transparent and honest. I had never experienced anything like this from a dealership sales person...EVER! Even when I looked at vehicles locally in the same few days, the sales people were not honest and consistently lowballed me. I NEVER experienced this with Eli. In the end, I did not end up buying from Eli because of things beyond my control (daughter came down with COVID, found a private buyer for my car immediately, son was quarantined and we started homeschooling, etc.), but I want you all to know that Eli's knowledge, professionalism and service really represented what I hear about Crest Volvo. I will recommend your dealership (especially Eli) to others in the community and surrounding area. Thank you for investing in me and treating me like a valued customer. Bought a used car on 1/5/2022. Make sure you check every details of the car before you buy because their take on inspecting the car for safety is not up to par. Their mechanics will only replace car oil and details of the car before you buy because their take on inspecting the car for safety is not up to par. Their mechanics will only replace car oil and not inspect other safety things. My car tire was on wrong which caused the car to pull right where it's not safe to drive until issue is resolved. I asked the salesperson if they can a rotate it and he said yes, the problem was their mechanic had left for the day. I assumed I could bring it back to get it done. I called in the next day to see if they can get it done and was told they will charge me for it. How disappointing! My fault for assuming, lesson learned. Make sure you negotiate everything before you purchase, it's strictly business at Crest Volvo! I also had a broken panel on the driver side where it was not broken when I looked at it the other day. Should have checked things again when I picked up the car. More
