The service done was fine and handled the issues presented. The administration and communication were not good at all. Two stars is generous. 1st scheduled appointment was on Jan 13. "I'll call you later today or in the morning when I get one lined up" - no call. I rescheduled and dropped the car at 10 AM on Feb 3rd. Simple service: ZAKTEK, oil change and door lock repair. Inspection added engine filter changes. Next day I hadn't heard anything but at about 1PM the on-line tracker said service was done & on to "final touches". At 3PM I called to check on the car (trying to avoid driving up in rush hour traffic). Reception couldn't get hold of ANYONE in service! I had to leave a message. Got a call about 4. The check out procedure was fine. More
Service at Crest has been so good 28 months or so. I’ve had the same service manager and I really feel like he looks out for me and ensures my car gets the right care. Service manager called me and said he wanted my buisness and wanted to make me happy. That was a first in a while for somebody to say that to me. He got my buisness back by treating me right. I will be back and wanted to make me happy. That was a first in a while for somebody to say that to me. He got my buisness back by treating me right. I will be back most businesses don't do that. More
