Personally, DJ's way of handling customers should be used as a standard for ALL salesmen across the nation and here's why. First of, DJ is a very upfront with his customer, he took his time to understand customer's purchase requirements. He then outlined available options and masterfully responded to all of the questions, it demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. Additionally, DJ was very patient with his customer and work through the differences. He will then ensure to take his customer's interest and work his management to proposed the best offer. Awesome buying experience with DJ I saw the car that I was looking for on the Crest website on Sunday. I inquired about it expecting a call back Monday.
