Worst car buying experience ever!!!!! Worst experience ever!! I had previously purchased a Lexus from them when they were still located in Plano off hwy 75 back in 2013, which customer se Worst experience ever!! I had previously purchased a Lexus from them when they were still located in Plano off hwy 75 back in 2013, which customer service was magnificent. Since I had a pleasant experience back then, I thought, I would love to go back and buy another vehicle. WORST IDEA EVER! I requested more information online about a Lexus CT200H and received a call a couple hours later from Gideon Bridges. I spoke to him about the vehicle I was interested in and nowhere in our few min call did he mention the vehicle had HAIL DAMAGE. Our appointment was made for 7pm, as my job is located 25 min away. My partner and I arrived to the dealership and were absolutely appalled by the conditions of the vehicle. Nowhere on their website does it specify the vehicle has HAIL DAMAGE or was it ever mentioned in our phone conversion or in any email sent to me that day. It was an absolute waste of my time, gas and tollway fees. When we asked Gideon why was it never mentioned, his response was, “we just received the vehicle on Saturday". Yesterday was the 21st, the vehicle was offered for sale on August 12th. That is ample time to make sure your advertisement is corrected and even before being placed online for sale it should be mentioned that the vehicle has HAIL DAMAGE and that it will NOT be repaired by their shop. He also decides to mention that they do have two other CT200H that are similar but of course MORE EXPENSIVE. This was just a BAIT car. I do not understand the reasoning for offering this hail damaged vehicle, which not to mention it would be considered a total loss, for sale at retail value for one that does not have any damage whatsoever! On top of that, they did not want to negotiate pricing. We asked about lowering the price and offered them a fair price for a hailed damaged car and Gideon said, “My manager just laughed at that offer, I doubt he'll go lower." Keyword there, LAUGHED!!!! We felt absolutely disrespected and almost to the point of feeling discriminated. Gideon's responses were RUDE and his face expressions seemed like he did not want us there. We were talking about the prices and how only a smart person would not buy that vehicle for the price they have it for and he decides to say, "Well I deal everyday with not so smart people and we still sell them!" That is just a smart xxx response and very disrespectful to any previous buyers Crest Infiniti has had. I will NOT be going back and i will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Crest Infiniti LIES about their advertised vehicles and try to rip you off. More

It was all due to knowledge of our salesman Ernest Morgan. He is a extremely knowledgeable man with tremendous patience. He was with us every step of the way, through all the test drives. Best of all, he was not pushy at all. Even with a minor issue with SUV 2 days after purchase he told us to bring it to him and he will take care of it. which he did effectively. I have bought more than 22 cars since 1980 and I have never met a Car salesman like him. He is very proud of what he does and does with smile, care and effectiveness. People like him make car buying fun rather then stress. we were glad that we met him, and now we are proud owners of QX70. Keep it up Ernest : you are the best. More

Very Disappointed -.BEWARE..BE ALERT - AND DON"T BE DECEIVED It is with much regret I must write this review about Crest Infiniti. A place where I’ve had a 6-year relationship through utilization of their servi It is with much regret I must write this review about Crest Infiniti. A place where I’ve had a 6-year relationship through utilization of their service department. Living in Frisco for over 14yrs, I decided to make my purchase of a new vehicle at my own community dealership. My wife and I went in and was greeted by salesman Ernest Morgan. Ernest seemed to be a very nice guy and we immediately thought we’d meet someone who was concerned about us and wanted to meet our need. Ernest shared that he was also a preacher which put us at ease a bit about having to watch out for all of the deceptive tactics that usually takes place during Auto purchasing transactions. Little did I know that although Ernest and I were able to agree on numbers for my trade and numbers for the purchase, when the deal went to finance somehow the numbers were different by $1200.00. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this out until I took the time to review the paperwork a few days later but when I did, I immediately notified Ernest of the fact. Ernest called me and blamed all responsibility of the numbers on the finance guy so I asked that he have the finance guy to contact me so we could find out where the break down was. When the finance guy Dean contacted me he told me he had nothing to do with the agreed upon numbers he only worked with what the Sales guys sent him. I then contacted Ernest again and asked that he get in touch with me. Rather than Ernest calling me, he had his Sales Director call. Fortunately for me, I had already had to meet with the Owner Mike Brosin earlier in the week who was aware of what the numbers should have been due to another misunderstanding between Ernest and myself. I went over the numbers with the Sales Director Austin who seemed to be very understanding and he stated that he would look into it get with Mike and get back to me. After waiting all day and not hearing anything, I decided to call Ernest to see what was going on. As always Ernest acted as if he was unaware of anything and stated that management was handling it. I asked to be transferred to Austin who told me that they would be writing me a check for the difference plus what they’d already owed me for my trade. I asked that we just re-contract so that I could avoid having to pay any interest on this amount. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem and to just come in the next morning and everything would be prepared to resign. The next morning My wife and I received a call from the finance guy Dean who stated that the deal had already been finalized and sent over to Infiniti and therefore they would just need to write me a check for the difference. He stated that they would be willing to calculate the interest and include that amount in the check. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ernest and led into the finance office. I asked the question of whether anyone could tell me how this happened. The Finance guy stated again that he did nothing wrong. Ernest disappeared quickly without a response until I asked that he be brought back in. Ernest and Austin the Sales Director came in and I asked the question again, can anyone tell me how these numbers changed from what we’d agreed upon. Immediately Ernest got very defensive and accused me of TERRORIZING him all week. Of course this upset and offended me and I asked how in the world he could accuse me of doing something wrong when it was evident that this deal was very deceptive and shady. I told them I only asked what was wrong in order to be informed because when the Survey comes they are going to want me to grade them with an excellent rating but I refuse to lie for anyone. At that time Austin, the sales director who was reasonable up to this point immediately stated, “we will just give you your trade back and rescind the deal”. It was apparent that he was more concerned about getting a good score on the survey then he was about providing quality customer service. Although my wife and I thought this was probably best anyhow, we didn’t like being made to feel as if we were the ones who were wrong. We took our trade and went to SEWELL INFINITI who treated us as royalty (Allison Cohen) and gave us the full amount we originally wanted for our trade, a better SUV with more options all for less money. Buyer beware of the Deception that’s going on at Crest Infiniti Sales and definitely beware of Ernest. I (as I’m sure that most will) expect a lot more from a preacher or one who is leading God’s people). I can assure you that my 6yr relationship with Crest has ended even with Service now that I know that Sewell will provide valet services even for my service needs. Very disappointed in the community Dealership. More
