We've worked with DJ and Gideon three times now and continue to be impressed with both in terms of their salesmanship, attentiveness, and desire to meet our needs. I've never once felt as is I didn't have their full attention and their drive to deliver to their customers shows. I would highly recommend them if you have a car purchase or lease need. Suuuuper Excited about my new QX60!! I called Crest Infiniti Saturday morning on 8/13/16, to see what time they closed because I wanted to go by there and see their vehicles. DJ answered I called Crest Infiniti Saturday morning on 8/13/16, to see what time they closed because I wanted to go by there and see their vehicles. DJ answered the phone and took down my information so that when I arrived I could see him. I must say the professionalism and courtesy that I experienced while visiting this dealership was AWESOME!!! From the time I stepped on the premises....it was a great experience. DJ was concerned and interested in what was important to me and what I wanted to pay. There was no pressure or excessive haggling over numbers. We talked it out, negotiated and came to an agreement. Simple as that and presto I am now a new QX60 Infiniti owner!!!! Maya was AWESOME too So was Gideon! I can't wait to go back to have my car serviced. Thank you so much! More

It was obvious he wanted us to have the car we desired. Once we purchased the car he consistently kept us informed and followed up after we received the car to insure our satisfaction. When I need another car in the future I will be looking for DJ. Austin also played a vital role and we feel if he had not intervened with the price we would have gone to another dealer. We appreciate all he did to help us. Johnny spent time with us showing us all the features and even helped us connect our phones and reviewed features the our Q50 we have owned for 1-1/2 yrs. Excellent customer service from these 3 men. I highly recommend all of them! More
