Because of previous dishonest sales tactics at other dealerships over the years, I was immediately skeptical and didn't return DJ's call. He called and left another message, and I thought I will at least entertain the idea. On my way to dealership, I really prayed about making the right decision, because this year I am concentrating on my financing and making the right financial choices. And little did I know, DJ would also be a man of Faith. He noticed the Christian radio station I was listening to on the way over to the dealership and asked if I was a believer. And he wasn't just trying to take advantage of my beliefs. He told me his story and sent me a link for daily readings. So I knew he wasn't just trying to make a sell. Sales Experience Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a response. Ultimately we leased a vehicle with a low cost payment and very little money down. We traded-in our Lexus and they gave us exactly what we asked in terms of trade-in value. The deal was not without negotiation, but again, they were extremely professional. The finance department was exceptional. Typically that's when you get the FUD up-sale (fear, uncertainty and doubt); things like dent less paint repair. We said no to all the uplifts and there was no pressure, just 100% professionalism and respect. Very likely we will be back to Crest again to lease our next vehicle. And we highly recommend our salesperson DJ Johnson. More
