GREAT SERVICE PROVIDED BY DJ JOHNSON OF CREST!!! I am currently on my third Infiniti! The second two purchased from Crest! I recently received a call from DJ Johnson asking me to call him about swap I am currently on my third Infiniti! The second two purchased from Crest! I recently received a call from DJ Johnson asking me to call him about swapping my 2013 G-37 for another Infiniti without a down payment and same price. Because of previous dishonest sales tactics at other dealerships over the years, I was immediately skeptical and didn't return DJ's call. He called and left another message, and I thought I will at least entertain the idea. On my way to dealership, I really prayed about making the right decision, because this year I am concentrating on my financing and making the right financial choices. And little did I know, DJ would also be a man of Faith. He noticed the Christian radio station I was listening to on the way over to the dealership and asked if I was a believer. And he wasn't just trying to take advantage of my beliefs. He told me his story and sent me a link for daily readings. So I knew he wasn't just trying to make a sell. He already had options for me to select from, and I was surprised when it was a new model! I love the color and DJ was phenomenal! I am a lifelong customer! More

I've been in the US Navy for over 20 years so a person's word goes a long way. DJ went out of his way to stand by not only his promises but uphold the integrity of Crest. He took a potentially bad experience that would have caused me to never go into another Infiniti dealership and turned that into a business to consumer relationship that will last my lifetime. Rest assured that any Active or Retired Chief Petty Officer of the US Navy or any Service for that matter that Crest won't just tell you "We appreciate your Service" they show it!!! More

Sales Experience Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a response. Ultimately we leased a vehicle with a low cost payment and very little money down. We traded-in our Lexus and they gave us exactly what we asked in terms of trade-in value. The deal was not without negotiation, but again, they were extremely professional. The finance department was exceptional. Typically that's when you get the FUD up-sale (fear, uncertainty and doubt); things like dent less paint repair. We said no to all the uplifts and there was no pressure, just 100% professionalism and respect. Very likely we will be back to Crest again to lease our next vehicle. And we highly recommend our salesperson DJ Johnson. More

DJ was patient, honest and very personable (he struck up conversation with my kids)! He was diligent and worked hard to attain the best deal for us with my trade. DJ never pressured us though, he was very up front, not sugar-coating anything. That's what we like. We really appreciate the efforts of DJ Johnson, Duncan McPhail and Josh Brosin for making our experience pleasurable from our first step in the dealership until I drove off in my beautiful QX 80!!
