Recap of the review I posted earlier today, 3/1. I previously submitted a negative review about the Service Department. I was able to speak with Randall, Service Manager and he worked it out. Randal I previously submitted a negative review about the Service Department. I was able to speak with Randall, Service Manager and he worked it out. Randall has helped on several matters and came through again. I give 10+ for resolving the issue and willing to make it right. I also apologize for getting frustrated at those involved. Thanks More
Purchased a 2023 QX60 sensory edition in December and it has been back to the shop three times for issues related to Apple Car play connection and system feature that seem to go out periodically. Surprised has been back to the shop three times for issues related to Apple Car play connection and system feature that seem to go out periodically. Surprised the audio system doesn’t support surround sound optimal listening unless it’s powered by Apple Car Play. Service has tried to remedy the issues but they keep resurfacing. It will be the last Infinity for me. More

I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy. When I asked what the age of the battery was he said he did not have that information. I brought my vehicle to my service shop and was told I absolutely need a new battery ($350). The first time I went to fuel my vehicle the gas would not pump because I needed a new charcoal canister/ fuel evaporative canister ($585). I was told the vehicle has been serviced and had an oil change when it arrived at Credt. However, I ALSO needed an oil change within two weeks of purchasing my vehicle ($100). I recommend getting a diagnostic on any used vehicle you are considering from Crest Infiniti before purchasing and do not trust that it will be safe or ready to drive off their lot. More
Beware! Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it was sold as a Certified Preowned. The day after I bought I left town on a road trip. Immediately, we discovered that adaptive cruise didn't work, front end crash avoidance didn't work, "fuel range" indicator was eratic, rear heat would say 70 then 10 minutes later say 85, driver power seat made crunching noises. Obviously something was wrong. I called my service advisor, he said to bring it in when I returned to town. On my way back I called a GMC dealer and asked them to research the VIN, within minutes they called to tell that with only 28,000 miles, the left front wheel was bent and replaced, water pump was replaced, both front end air suspension shocks were replaced, transmission pan was replaced AND the entire transmission was replaced. None of these things were disclosed to me, I specifically insisted on buying a clean road car. Clearly no one at that dealership ever inspected the vehicle before certifying it. I was not happy. On return from my road trip I. went into the dealership, met with the new car manager(owners son), told him I didn't want the car. The mere fact that the car sold as a certified vehicle was a lie, intentional or due to incompetence, a violation of the contract. The manager said he completely understood, said they'd make it right. I told him I'd leave the car there, he said no because they couldn't insure it on their lot, I was the owner. At the same time my 4 year old Yukon with over 100,000 was for sale on their lot. I was uncomfortable since nothing was in writing, there were no guarantees made. Within days I was cautioned by the sales manager that used car prices can be volatile as the value of the car they sold me could drop significantly. I decided to take action while waiting for them to find a suitable alternative. They did not find a suitable car, But I was able to locate several of them in the dallas area where I live. Sadly, 2 times I was told by the other dealers that the car I was trading (the Crest car) could only be traded for a $20,000 LOSS, even though I bought the car only 2 weeks earlier. The other dealers checked the VIN and said they didn't want the car. Finally a competitor gave me $8,000 less than I paid on the trade, said that was the best I could do. Here is the problem, I went into Crest where I've made multiple purchases in the past 3 years, Asked them work with me on my loss since it was them who created the problem, and was told by the owners son, "all bets are off. Too bad." They violated the contract, never made the deal right and promptly dismissed me. I actually respect their right to act any way they see fit, BUT THIS DEALERSHIP CLEARLY DOESN'T SEE INTEGRITY AS SOMETHING IMPORTANT, IN MY CASE, THE CLIENT WAS LAST. THEY ARE MAKING SEWELLS JOB EASY, I WILL NEVER STEP INTO CREST AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. BEWARE!!!, BETTER YET, BUY ELSEWHERE. More
CREST CADILLAC SOLD US A LEMON! EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent purchase of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade from Crest Cadillac—21 days in, less than 30 miles driven per day and EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent purchase of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade from Crest Cadillac—21 days in, less than 30 miles driven per day and already dealing with a major transmission issue to the tune of a $19,500 fix (outrageous quote to fix from Crest Service Department) Despite claiming to "provide customers with true value and a superior lineup of luxury vehicles", Crest Cadillac refuses to back the quality of their vehicles. They refuse to make it right! Terrible service—no follow up, no returned calls. 😡 This was our first luxury vehicle purchase experience - thought we were buying from a reputable dealership in Crest Cadillac - Couldn't have been more wrong! We chose Crest Cadillac because, according to their website and self proclamation of being ... "the highest volume and best quality Cadillac dealer in the nation" while providing superior customer and reliability that you can count on. They boast 100% customer satisfaction and to operate with integrity. Crest Cadillac claims to "have a team of caring sales professionals who want to make your experience smooth and gratifying." I experienced NONE of that! From the Service Department team to the Sales Department team, it was a nightmare of an experience! We have been given nothing but the run around in our efforts to resolve this issue. 11 days since we took our vehicle back to Crest Cadillac's Service Department... Crest still has our Escalade sitting in their service garage - Not fixed and Crest Cadillac's refusal to step up; DO THE RIGHT THING! They've shown no empathy and no willingness to make it right. We have escalated this within the Service Department and the Sales Department. On two occasions, we were promised outreach by a Service Department Director and a Sales Manager. That was over 48 hours ago ... Still no outreach. At this point, we cannot get anyone over at Crest Cadillac to return our calls. The message is clear - Crest Cadillac wants to wash their hands of it and does not want to make it right! Now my family and I are stuck with a lemon of a vehicle and very hefty price tag to fix... and haven't even made our first loan payment. BUYERS BEWARE!... don’t make the mistake we did! Buyers remorse... Big time! Should have bought a SEWELL! Also posted Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Crest Cadillac website. More
