Great Follow-up Customer Service after the Sale I came in to Crest looking for a deal and that's what I got. Perhaps I should have done more research prior to coming into the dealership, but the car I purchased did not have some of the technology features I simply expected in a $40,000 vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not find out about the lack of these features until after driving the car off the lot. I knew that this was a problem caused by the manufacturer not the dealer, but I was still fairly upset. At most dealerships you might expect that, once you drive your car off the lot, this would be a "buyer beware" issue and the dealership would tell you this is your problem now. Well, I took a chance and contacted Kegan and Austin at Crest to see what could be done to remedy the situation. Both were kind enough to meet with me in person to try to make it right. While no solution was initially found, Kegan continued to follow-up on the issue. 3 months later, when I found an aftermarket solution to add the feature that was missing, I contacted Kegan and Austin, who, without hesitation, offered to take care of the cost of adding the aftermarket solution. I have owned other high end vehicles in the past and I can say that none of the dealerships where I purchased those vehicles have ever come close to having such a "long memory" for making sure that the customer leaves the transaction satisfied and wanting to return to that specific dealership (Crest Infiniti) for future automobile purchases. The price I paid for the car, during the initial transaction, was within the range I gave Kegan, and the haggling process was very minimal. I highly recommend Kegan and Crest Infiniti. They will do what it takes to make you happy you shopped with them. More

Finally someone that listens to a customer! I was in the market for a new vehicle. I already had been to multiple dealerships and received the run-around and had my needs ignored. Everything cha I was in the market for a new vehicle. I already had been to multiple dealerships and received the run-around and had my needs ignored. Everything changed when I walked into Crest Infiniti and was greeted by Rizzo. I was still on defense after recent experiences with other dealerships, but he did the one thing that no one else would; he listened to what I wanted and needed. I wasn't intending on buying a new vehicle that day, but after running through multiple scenarios, looking at used car options, leasing options, and buying options, I drove off happy by the end of the day in a new Q50. My personal situation was somewhat unique in that I was coming to the table with a used vehicle for trade in that I was upside down on, meaning i owed more money then the vehicle was worth for trade-in. After rolling through all my options Rizzo got me to where I needed to be with a monthly payment as well as into a new vehicle that will save me 2x on fuel costs. Another delight was dealing with the Business Manager, Tammie. She was super nice and helpful in guiding me to ensure I was protected should something go wrong on the road or off. Providing my location doesn't change, I don't see any reason to go to any other dealership other then Crest ever again! Thank you so much Rizzo and Tammie! More
Patient, professional & phenomenal experience! I have been working with DJ since before the 2019 QX50 came out. He’s been patiently waiting for my to come around and has been literally the best dea I have been working with DJ since before the 2019 QX50 came out. He’s been patiently waiting for my to come around and has been literally the best dealer person I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and so helpful. They understand the vehicle I wanted and worked hard to get me the exact QX50 I wanted. Not many dealerships will work on a customer for over 4 months! I was very impressed with the sales managers and finance office. Very transparent and straight forward. Crest Infiniti earned my repeat business for sure! More

They found a car that worked at a dealership in Colorado and we talked lease coming to a tentative agreement. They never could get that car and the closest they got was for a prior model year one which I didn’t want (there were a few updates in the 2018 model year). After a couple months of waiting and little contact I decided to look on my own at dealers in surrounding states. I found AWD models in Arizona and Colorado and an RWD one at Crest in Dallas, TX. I was contacted by Crest’s DJ Johnson who gave me a no-hassle and competitive quote. I compared with other dealers and worked with DJ who gave me the best deal on the exact car I wanted. Living in NM, DJ worked with me as I arranged my trip. He was on vacation the day I traveled to Dallas but worked with Kegan Lewless who met me at the airport and gave us a ride to the dealership answering my questions and providing information on the ride. When we arrived at the dealership I was stunned by the number of cars and impressed by the facilities. My new, completely detailed, car was in a private garage bay waiting for me. Kegan took us on a test drive of the local area and was incredibly helpful. We weren’t at the dealership very long and the entire crew was very helpful, Crest knows how to treat customers and their dealership is first class. They make the local Infiniti dealership in Albuquerque, NM look like a used car outfit from both service and selection perspectives. The very next day and first week both DJ and Kegan followed up to ensure that I was still happy with my new car. I am very happy with my car and very satisfied with my experience at Crest.
