I was introduced to DJ from the internet experience and went to the dealership to discuss some options. I had a great experience with DJ. He took his time to explain the ends and outs of two options I was looking for. We test drove two cars and DJ answered every question I had. Even though the options did not work at the time I would recommend DJ to all my friends and family. I will return to this location in the future and best believe I will be doing business with DJ. Buying a BMW was my first choice but the dealership was not able to get the payments down low enough for the car of my choice. The Infiniti Q50 was my second choice. DJ was my salesman, I believe everything happens for a reason and I'm so glad he was the person assisting me. I was so pleased to find out he was a fellow veteran. During the test drive he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very professional. Once returning to the dealership, he without force, helped convince to buy the car. I didn't want to pay the asking down payment and DJ was able to get that lowered to something I was happy, with as well as getting a payment that was perfect for me. I'll admit I wasn't in the best mood that day, but DJ was so pleasant and helpful during the whole process. It wasn't until the next day I was able to really see all the features he was explaining the car had. I've had my car for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I am so happy with my choice to go with infiniti. DJ has texted me several times after buying my car, to check on me (because I was sick), and to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much DJ for all of your help. I truly do love my car. I would definitely see you again for my next Infiniti purchase. More

The receptionist, sales management, and other sales associates were all very friendly - particularly a young guy working there who's name I don't know but was extremely friendly and courteous despite the fact that I wasn't his customer. I got a great deal on the front end, finance guy was great too. More

He communicated constantly so I knew where we were in the process. He made everything as smooth as glass. I got a car at Crest Infiniti back in the early 2000’s when they were in Plano. Now I am back as a Crest customer again because of DJ. More
Tux is the definition of unprofessional and rude. Jeffrey, or "Tux", is by far the most unprofessional example of a salesman I have ever came across. I was pending a deal with another dealer and due t Jeffrey, or "Tux", is by far the most unprofessional example of a salesman I have ever came across. I was pending a deal with another dealer and due to my impatience decided to shop around just to confirm I'm getting the best deal possible. I was asking for a deal on two cars, one was a straightforward deal and the other had some negative equity involved. I did not expect to close a deal on the second car with negative equity but decided to try my luck. This is where my interaction with Tux began. I told him what I wanted and that I understand I'm asking for a lot by asking him to eat my equity on my existing car. I also told him I'm pending a deal with another dealership on one car and was heading over there in the next hour. Tux told me to stop by and even told me to bring my current vehicle and he can make something happen. Right off the bat he told me he can't do anything and the other dealer is "blowing sunshine up my xxx". BUT if I can get a picture showing proof they are willing to give me the number I want, he will give me an extra $1000 off on top of matching the price just because how much he personally despises the manager over there and wants to steal his sale. His maturity and professionalism immediately showed. By the end of all of this I decided to go with the other dealer. The process was smoother, I got the deal I wanted on both cars, and they were just nicer. Tux was so sweet just to call me and tell me some rude words before hanging up on me. By far the worst dealer and salesman BY FAR. Even better, Tux found my post on a local Infiniti group and decided to reply to it calling me a liar. More
