Positive and Customer Centric Experience with DJ I have been fascinated with Infiniti's QX30 when it was released last year. I was fortunate that DJ Johnson was the first person who welcomed and ent I have been fascinated with Infiniti's QX30 when it was released last year. I was fortunate that DJ Johnson was the first person who welcomed and entertained me when I went to Crest Infiniti dealership. He showed and explained the different trims and cool upgrades available for the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and was impressed with its performance on the road. I truly appreciate DJ's transparency, honesty and patience in discussing the pros and cons of both QX30 and Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 which I am interested too. He answered a lot of my questions and even allowed me to check on credible car review sites so he can discuss and clear my uncertainties on the car. After 5 hours in the dealership with lots of discussions and back and forth negotiations and quotes, I walked out of the dealership with a new QX30 Premium with all the cool upgrades for a good and reasonable deal. DJ has made my entire car shopping experience a pleasant, fun and positive one. This person is so committed, customer centric and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am happy and satisfied before and after sales (texts me to make sure that I am well and still pleased with the car). I've always LOVED Infinity & DJ made it even better. 8 years ago, my husband and I went looking for an SUV. As we always had company provided cars, we didn't know even where to start. We looked everywhere (& I mean everywhere) at every luxury company & every luxury SUV. Crest Infinity was the best. Nobody even compared. After the amazing buying experience, the service I received from the service department kept me as an extremely satisfied customer for 8 years straight. After 8 years, we decided it was time to turn my SUV in & get a new one. I knew that Crest was the only place I would shop. DJ was highly recommended to me, and after spending a half day with him yesterday and hours with him again today, I now know why he is so highly revered. We were only starting to look, investigating the new vehicles that they had. However, after speaking with DJ & a couple of other folks (Sean Simonz, who is by far the best driver manager Crest has had. Same for Jordan Settle as Service Manager and one last shout out to Philip Van Tyle as service consultant), we ended up getting a new car. At exactly the price we were looking for. With all the options we wanted. The color I insisted upon having. He couldn't have done any better in finding us exactly what we wanted. But, then he did. He actually did better. He topped our amazing sales experience off with perfect customer service. He walked us from the initial 'shopping' through the 'finance', got me a loaner while they readied my car, made my new car look even better (which isn't even possible) and he even brought me to the Infinity 101 class that I had with my technician. This sounds like a commercial, but DJ was the one who shut the garage door & waved as I drove off in my beautiful new vehicle. My husband will be looking for a new one for himself soon & there's only 1 person we will go to see. I highly recommend Crest Infinity & even more highly recommend DJ as the sales person to set you up with the car of your dreams. More

DJ Johnson was very personable, honest and provided us with a ZERO PRESSURE experience. He has had extreme patience with me as I am slow to pull the trigger on all purchases. This is something we have never experienced before in the purchase of a car. DJ and Crest Infiniti gave us a great price for a new car and also gave us a very fair trade of our old vehicle. We are extremely happy. DJ Johnson took the time to explain all the interior and exterior features including what my maintenance and other factors looked like and pulled up the car with the options I was looking for and showed me from a driver and passenger perspective the feel of the car. He encouraged me while Test Driving the QX60 to try the safety features without being afraid and made sure I was satisfied with the car and choice. He geared me towards making a decision that I was unsure of between another Make and Infiniti. Anyone looking to buy a new Infiniti, I strongly recommend to reach out to Crest Infiniti and specifically Mr. DJ Johnson as their Sales Person.
