I bought my last car from DJ 3 years ago and enjoyed his expertise and professionalism then which made me call him again for this purchase. I called him from vacation and told him what I wanted in the new car, what I was trading in and we negotiated my drive out price which was very fair. When I returned to pick up the car, DJ had everything done where it was a very quick and easy process with the business office and I drove out with my new QX 60. It was truly an amazing sales job by DJ and I'll be calling on him again in 4-5 years when I'm in the market again. More

We drove off in a nicer vehicle than we were looking for, with a better deal than we expected. GM, Mike Brosin treated us to lunch from the dealership's on-site professional chef, Li Shao helped us through the paperwork fast and with a delightful disposition and Nathan Rosales showed us how to use all the bells and whistles on our new car. Great Follow-up Customer Service after the Sale I came in to Crest looking for a deal and that's what I got. Perhaps I should have done more research prior to coming into the dealership, but the ca I came in to Crest looking for a deal and that's what I got. Perhaps I should have done more research prior to coming into the dealership, but the car I purchased did not have some of the technology features I simply expected in a $40,000 vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not find out about the lack of these features until after driving the car off the lot. I knew that this was a problem caused by the manufacturer not the dealer, but I was still fairly upset. At most dealerships you might expect that, once you drive your car off the lot, this would be a "buyer beware" issue and the dealership would tell you this is your problem now. Well, I took a chance and contacted Kegan and Austin at Crest to see what could be done to remedy the situation. Both were kind enough to meet with me in person to try to make it right. While no solution was initially found, Kegan continued to follow-up on the issue. 3 months later, when I found an aftermarket solution to add the feature that was missing, I contacted Kegan and Austin, who, without hesitation, offered to take care of the cost of adding the aftermarket solution. I have owned other high end vehicles in the past and I can say that none of the dealerships where I purchased those vehicles have ever come close to having such a "long memory" for making sure that the customer leaves the transaction satisfied and wanting to return to that specific dealership (Crest Infiniti) for future automobile purchases. The price I paid for the car, during the initial transaction, was within the range I gave Kegan, and the haggling process was very minimal. I highly recommend Kegan and Crest Infiniti. They will do what it takes to make you happy you shopped with them. More

New car purchase DJ and his manager Thanh were real nice guys. They offered me a test drive on a new Q60, and I came back with an offer the next day. Basically they accepted the offer without too much back and forth. Pity I had to purchase my car from another dealership in the end, because the ones at Crest did not have the exact features I was looking for. But I'll be returning there for service, I owe them one.
