It's never fun having a car 'issue' hit you on a Monday morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Cre morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Crest Infiniti takes EXCELLENT care of me. Once the logistics were worked out, my car was jump-started, I drove straight to the dealership and my battery was replaced under warranty.
