Please DO NOT trust the person He won't care about needs of customers but him sale number. I left 5 star while I thought he was good. However, I was wrong. He avoid my requirements and used words to get my trust. When I realized everything, I have already bought the car from the liar. Free car wash was not truth as I was stopped by staff. All lies...NOT RECOMMENDED!!! More

Best car buying experience ever!!!! I’m a 24 year old female, who first went back to the original dealership that I leased my Nissan Sentra from with a goal to either refinance or get in I’m a 24 year old female, who first went back to the original dealership that I leased my Nissan Sentra from with a goal to either refinance or get into an Altima. I spent 4 hrs at Nissan McKinney, and was told there was no way to refinance my car without an enormous payment, and that my only option was a 2019 Sentra with a much higher payment than what I could afford. I was then told I had to sign their deal that day, and if I drove off the lot I would never get that good of a deal again, or anywhere. The salesman also tried to scare me in saying that the last customer that wanted to think it over, pulled out of the lot and was T-boned....totaling his car. My parents suggested I speak with DJ at Crest Infiniti. I was very apprehensive, but am so glad that I did! DJ treated me like an intelligent human being, and was able to meet all of my needs, and went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams...a brand new 2019 Q50! This was the most Amazing car buying experience thanks to DJ!!!! More
