I am a Crest Infiniti customer for life! But being frugal became mission critical after my "fun adventures" as a first-time single homeowner! I arrived at Crest Infiniti this morning at 8 am facing a lot of out of pocket expense to care for my Q60 and was beyond stressed. While I waited (with incredible service I might add from Kyle), I sent an email to the salesperson I had been speaking to off and on for over six months literally asking for a miracle. Less than three hours later I rolled off the lot with a great deal on a gorgeous QX50!!!! If you are in the market for a car, call Jibril Holman at Crest Infiniti. He is INCREDIBLE - the whole team is INCREDIBLE (including Tux who I leased with the first time)! They went above and beyond today and I am so incredibly grateful for their service!!!!!! More

It was an average encounter. I was less than pleased with the cleaning of my vehicle. I’ll be going back to Sewell until my lease is up than I’ll be turning in my keys and vehicle and leaving Infiniti all to the cleaning of my vehicle. I’ll be going back to Sewell until my lease is up than I’ll be turning in my keys and vehicle and leaving Infiniti all together - 6 more months to go Also, very smart to get customers to perform a survey on a tablet at checkout before they inspect their vehicle and have finale interaction with the service staff- my review would have changed. Previously I had gone to Sean for service because I trusted his recommendations. When I found out he wasn’t with Crest anymore he highly recommended Troy in service. Wow! Troy has been incredible! I love the Crest family and service I have always received. If you need service Troy will take care of you. I needed coolant flush, inspection and had an AC fan problem. His technicians were able to re-enact my AC problem and I was able to get it fixed under my warranty. Trusting Troy because of Sean’s recommendation was completely satisfying. He explained the warranty process, had everything completed for me and my car ready. Thank you Troy! I will definitely be back with any maintenance for both my cars. More

Service was convenient, the person I worked with provided me with updates by phone. My advisor informed me that a part needed to be swapped out as per a recall; this was done, and my car was ready in one ho me with updates by phone.
