There is really nothing to discuss. It sounds like your sales people are trained to not offer the other options until the customer walks away. Also the mechanic ignored the maintenance history I had and put on there no history. I have only maintained my car with the dealership. I have been in sales for a long time and am every family with the grey areas! Your sales guy pretended to know have any other parts options until I walked away: not to mention the 3.5 hours I was stuck as your dealership and the lack of timely service! Or the lack of service when I arrived at your dealership wan waited for anyone to take my car and greed me. Your response obviously says it all and confirms that the high maintenance costs is stipples to be pushed hard. Nobody likes to be caught. There is nothing to resolve! I will never come back to your dealership!

Ms. Thompson, I forwarded the email I wrote to Mr. Saliva and never received a response. The same can be said for Mike Brosin. I have had four encounters with your dealership. Only once did everything come off without a hitch so to speak. It seems even though you have a reservation for a loaner, that is no guarantee so what is the purpose? I never spoke with anyone on my last visit other than Jason and the young lady at the cashier's office. I posted my email on the carfax site and still had no response other than Mary V asking why I waited to post it? I expected someone to reach out and they did not, so I decided to post the email sent to management without response. That is why I will be contacting the corporate office. There have been two months to respond without a peep, so, let's see if I have better luck with corporate, I certainly hope so. Thank you for your response.

I have forwarded the email as requested along with a word document showing each time I reached out asking for a response to Mike, James, and never heard anything after all my attempts. The emails were received as none of them kicked back. People simply chose not to acknowledge me or my request which truly speaks volumes. Now you are only responding due to this being in a public forum that will be posted. I think this is what is referred to as "Too little, too late"
