I have had several dealings with the dealership and have always been satisfied, otherwise I would not have gone back. I believe they handled things in a businesslike fashion. My husband and started shopping for a car the beginning of March. Crest at the time did not have any QX60s available, so we went to Grubbs near Grapevine. They had several coming in. When we got the price sheet it was marked up 10K over MSRP and had crazy dealer fees. We said no way and walked away. Towards the end of the month Grubbs started reaching out offering only 5K over and when I said no thank you, they countered with 3K over. I decided to discuss with my husband, and he decided to call Crest. He spoke with Jessica who informed us 1) they just had a truck of QX60s come in, 2)they do not sale over MSRP, and 3) no crazy dealer fees! We automatically started working with Jessica. Not only did she answer all of our questions, but she was never pushy. We felt very relaxed and comfortable working with her. We eventually closed the sale. Matt was also wonderful to work with! He walked me through everything about the car and answered any questions I had. I was very out of touch with the new technology in cars, so he went slow and truly helped me to feel comfortable driving the car away. Post sale, Matt helped me to get the roof crossbars removed from the car quickly since I knew I would not be using those anytime soon. He and Jessica also assisted me in getting on of the windows re-tented after discovering some scratches and got the two backdoor door guards replaced since they had bubbled. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience with Crest Infiniti so far! I would recommend Jessica and Matt to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More

Predatory sales practices and I am in medical sales! Sadly they show you the most expensive options and say : oh the off brand factory parts must not be available. My email was addressed to Mike Brosin on 11/19/2021 The person I dealt with introduced himself as Jason McClellan and informed me Bryan had called in today and he would be filling in. The very next thing he told me was "We don't have a loaner car for you" so, here we go again. I had a reservation number. He informed me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak with you and was told you were not in today. I asked for Wayne and he had no response and didn't seem to recognize who that was? He asked if I wanted to reschedule? I told him I needed to speak with someone. He went and spoke with James Saliva who issued an "BVA" and I hope that makes sense? I have to schedule these appointments on the off week so I do not have to be at the Sherman Clinic which is the main office for my Neuro Group. I received a call at 2 pm telling me my car was going to be washed and would be ready for pick up at 3 pm. I arrived at 3:20. I waited in the garage area for 10 minutes and no one approached me. If you have cameras you will be able to verify. I then went inside to the cashier who did not have my paperwork. She paged Jason 2-to 3 times without a response and asked me to please take a seat. I have nothing against her, she did what she could. Now it is 3:40 and I am sitting waiting for Jason. Finally, at 4 pm he shows up. I am pissed. I am not going to sugarcoat it. "I said, please don't, I am not very pleased right now" instead of taking the hint he persisted. Again, I said, I just want to pay the bill and get my car, I have been waiting 30 minutes. He tells me, "I'm sorry, I had to complete a bodily function" and now we have to go over your bill. Again, I just wanted to pay and leave, but he persisted and I yelled at him. So he says "I got you the loaner vehicle" I was supposed to have that and had a reservation number. Again, he brings up the bodily function? So, you took my paperwork into the bathroom? Why not put it where someone else could locate it and not make the customer wait? He tells me not to disrespect him? Are you kidding me? Then, my car wasn't even brought up yet. I waited outside with a nice young man who was trying to make small talk. I have had four encounters and 3 of 4 have been suboptimal with today being the worst yet. Thank you for your time. More
